Total Restoration is a great company! Jeff, the project manager, was an absolute delight to work with. He was conscientious and communicative every step of the way in managing my basement rebuild. I recommend the company to take care of insurance claim projects. The workmanship was very good, and we are so happy with our new basement.

I took one star off because my rebuild project was delayed a few times. The damage occurred in early April and the project was finished in early September. Perhaps this is par for the course with insurance and mitigation companies. There were several factors that contributed to the delay. My project was nonessential for me to continue living in my house, not that way that a roof repair or fire mitigation is. The wind storm in July tore down a bunch of tress, and the company took on jobs to get people back in their homes. The company was/is rapidly growing and expanding, so my project was handed off a few times, and this caused more delays. For the most part, temporary circumstance delayed my rebuild. I still recommend the company.

I had a great experience with Total Restoration. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a trustworthy restoration company in the Berlin area, I would definitely recommend Total Restoration!

We were recently introduced to Total Restoration after our kitchen and dining room were flooded due to a leak in our refrigerator. Total Restoration has been responsive, attentive, reachable, helpful and knowledgeable with everything done so far as we progress in getting repairs and resolving our unfortunate flooding occurrence. I'm sure they'll continue to keep up the good work.

I had a sewer line back up into my basement. The crew came out promptly to get the water out, remove everything effected, cut the walls, set up air scrubbers. They came back again to clean and disinfect. The communication with the Ramon and the company was awesome! Ramon who managed the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions. I knew when they were coming and what they would be doing. They were very respectful to me and to my house. Now that the clean up is nearly done I’m having Total restoration come back do the restoring of my base ment. Great service. I would definitely recommend going with Total Restoration. A++
