Dealing with her was TERRIBLE!!!
She won't even take me seriously at all. If you are planning on getting your house sold, Kim Habraken is NOT the right person to do the job. Very unprofessional and not caring at all!
Very disappointed with her service.
It's a wonder how she is still in business.

I recently put my house on the market and made the wise choice of picking Kim Habraken from Remax Pembroke realty as my realtor. This lady is the ultimate professional, she knows her industry and is extremely knowledgeable. Her advice to us was invaluable.

My house sold in a day with multiple offers, I realize that a lot of that was the right timing, the market and price but I feel Kim was a big part of that. When I wanted to accept the second offer, she told me "not yet" and she was right, that is experience and expertise in her industry.

She was available to me always, even when she spent a day dealing with multiple offers while she was terribly sick. As I said, the ultimate professional.
