First, I want to acknowledge that the office staff are professional and respectful. I have had no issues with them.
However, the building management has not addressed serious ongoing problems. The laundry machines are old and frequently malfunction, the drainage channel in the parking garage produces disturbing noises, and the parking garage locks are broken—leaving the doors always open without a key—which creates a sense of insecurity.
These issues could be resolved at minimal cost, and I hope that, just as management responds to positive reviews, they will also take these concerns seriously and provide a proper response.

Rent is to high and only gets higher by the year with the never ending above the guidline increases. One staff in particular in the office is very imature and seems angry 95% of the time and talks to you in accustatory tones. Makes you not want to go onto the office.

The good things ish tho,

underground parking/outdoor parking as well as this is the free one the street to poak on right beside the building.
Animals are accepted
Laundry room, communal
Work out room in building accross the parking lot, very small
Nice play area and feild for anyone to enjoy and small store in last building on the street.
Elevators.
1 bus comes right to this street beside the line of buildings and runs directly to yorkmills station as well as bayview buses.
Close to bayview village, lablas 15 minute walk.
1 beds start at 17 to 18 hundred, would suggest unless you are a double income pair or roomates you look for more affordable. Sorry to say if but no rent control in affect and our rent here is astinmonical.

I recently moved into my new apartment at 26 Carluke Crescent, managed by Medallion Corporation, and I had a great experience with the office staff, especially Mr. Akin Adeyemi and a kind lady whose name I didn’t catch.

Both of them were extremely professional, respectful, and hardworking. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and showed real commitment in overcoming any challenges that came up. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made the entire process much easier and more pleasant.

Aman and Drivezee got me my FULL G License in 20 days. We did an initial test drive after which we made an efficient plan to complete my test (which I passed on the first try) before Christmas.

I received their contact through a friend who had also gotten his license through the same instructor.

Aman was friendly, patient and a great teacher. He prepared me super well for the test which I aced.

Highly recommend this driving school!

I recently took driving lessons with Aman, and I would highly recommend him! From our first session, his patience and encouragement made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. He tailored each lesson to my skill level, focusing on areas where I needed improvement while also boosting my confidence.

Aman is an amazing instructor. He was patient, kind, flexible and really supported me in my driving journey. The first time I ever drove or got behind the wheel was with him! I passed my G2 because of his instructions, lessons and his support. He is someone who is very passionate about what he does.
