My Go-To place for fabulous needlepoint canvasses. The art designs are clear, detailed and brightly colored, which is essential for choosing the threads that will look best. The canvas prices are so affordable I have become a regular customer.
Their customer service is excellent. My calls are answered right away or returned the same day. Doreen is so knowledgable about the craft and is so much fun to talk to.

Absolutely no customer service. Have called with two separate issues and neither was resolved. I have ordered from Ehrman in the UK for At least 20+ years and have NEVER had a problem.
The Art Needlepoint kits are seriously short of thread (which they never send more of when they say they will), they don’t provide you with a chart (just a crappy little picture) and the color selection of threads they send are wildly off course. They have serious problems with whoever does their yarn estimating and their color choices. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Two times horrible experiences, paid for said amount of yarn included with canvases and was shorted both times. Phone calls went on and on with no responses or call backs. Finally went to better business bureau and my credit card company.
Canvases images not clear at all. If you had good experience with this company, who tends to relocate there address too often, good for you.

I have purchased two kits from this company and have been disappointed both times. When I ordered the first one, I did not specify the canvas mesh, and they sent me a 14-mesh canvas. That would have been fine if the kit were supplied with tapestry wool, but it came with silk thread. The thread was of good quality, but too fine to provide the dense coverage that I expect in a good piece of needlepoint.

When I ordered the second kit, I specified 18-mesh, which is apppropriate for the silk thread they supply. The amount of thread provided for the two largest color areas was insufficient. When I saw that the first would be a problem, I asked for more and it was sent promptly. When I saw that the second color was also inadequate, I requested more and got no response. I wrote a second time and still got no response. Eventually, I had to go to a needlepoint shop two towns away to buy more yarn - both of the two main colors, since even the extra they sent the first time was still not enough to complete the project.

Overall, I think their quality is not bad, but their service is highly unreliable. It’s a shame, because I like to support small businesses, but I can’t recommend this one in good conscience.

I love the flexibility of ordering my projects in 14, 16 or 18 mesh without a change in price. The staff is very knowledgeable and always happy to give advise or help you select the best threads for your canvas. Items always arrive quickly and very well packaged.

I have been dealing with Art Needlepoint for a number of years now and have never had an issue. I have purchased many kits as well as canvases and threads. Doreen and her staff are quick to respond to email or voice mails when I have had questions.

The selection of canvases available is amazing and unique and Doreen puts a lot of work into making sure the designs being created on canvas come as close as possible to matching the original artwork.

I have had many pieces that i have stitched finished by Doreen’s finisher and have been very satisfied. I just had a large group of ornaments and a New York Christmas stocking come back from being finished and am so happy with how everything turned out.
