Jerry is great a- storage place is definitely One of the best storage places in Lubbock, Texas located in South Lubbock. I had the privilege of moving a couple of customers in and out of this location as well as at periods when I needed some extra storage. I may rent from this place, but I would definitely recommend using their U-Haul service as well as storage if it's available. They're very busy so call as soon as you can. Moved from another facility because of increase in price. This has the same units at half the price. A Storage place is well maintained, secure, & have a helpful staff. Gerri is a jewel. I recommend this space without hesitation.

Decided to rent a U-Haul from them and while the rental didn't work out, Michael is an amazing guy. He helped me out with my Jeeps trailer connection problems, getting into the fuse box with me and testing connections, calling local mechanics with me to get my problem resolved. I really appreciate this above and beyond customer service from him! It comforted me that someone was there for me during such a stressful situation. Not to mention he already had a friendly demeanor and seemingly a solid knowledge of how U-Haul system works or what to do in the case of something going wrong with the reservation.

And Michael, if you are reading this, it was the computer reflash thing that did the trick. I ended up getting my Jeep back about 2 hours after I took it in and was able to get a trailer and get out of town. I really really do appreciate everything you did for me!
