Absolutely tasted like the box it was put in with some nasty flavor cheese. The smell of it was even bad. Worse 40$ I ever spent on 2 pizza for me and my family.

If I could give a zero star I would. First off called at 8:08pm. Ordered a simple pizza of medium pepperoni, the guy on the phone said 10 minute for pickup. We show up at 8;30pm. The guy doesn’t even speak properly English but hadn’t even started the pizza. We try to ask for our pizza and he starts making the dough. So I ask again, if it’s ready cause it’s now been 25 mins since we called. He said no he hasn’t started it. There was a person sitting in the store all strung out on drugs so we go to wait in our car for 5 mins while the worker finishes our pizza. When we go back in 7 minutes later, the guy STILL didn’t even make our pizza. We left with no food after driving 15 minutes there and back. Terrible experience. No English speaking employees. Will not return.

Ordered a ham, mushroom, red onion, pineapple pizza but received one with pepperoni instead. Called to indicate the pizza was incorrect and was given another with ham. I had to look really closely to find the 5 super tiny pieces of ham . At first I thought there was no ham at all. Not happy.

I ordered 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings on each. There was hardly any toppings at all on both pizzas and there was absolutely no flavor. Worst pizza I ever had.

Try to order at 10pm when they're open another hour, and he REFUSED to make a pizza for me (whole pizza, not a slice) I'll be shocked if they're still here in 6 months. Would have spent $35, but could not, because they'd already "cleaned up".
Tried again, about a week later, just a slice this time. Cold and crusty on the edges, seemed like previous day's unsold... mentioned the previous experience and was told "it's better if you don't come back" in a threatening manner.

I am a prominent and old customer of Gino's pizza, Guelph line(your store). And the food is extravagant and amazing, but from the recent deliveries which I have been ordering a sikh comes with white car probably a (Jetta) which has many unwanted stickers on his car he rather drives rash in our locality and he's always drinking. Twice i ignored it but it happened again so it does not look like a sober and an obedient delivery. He smells with alcohol which is rather not approved when driving and delivering. So if you hadn't known this till yet, I would like you to take this under observation and light.
