What a great experience with this company. From phoning and booking an appointment with a lovely lady Sydney, to the very informative Damian who came to my home to check my roof and give me a quote.
He was very professional and explained everything that would be in the process of having a new roof installed.
He inspected the attic and then went outside and put a drone up in the air which was fun to see.
Took photos of the exterior of the house too.
After doing all that work he said he had good news. I didn’t need a new roof.
I was a bit taken aback with the honesty.
I thought that my roof was probably in need of new shingles due to its age.
How amazingly refreshing it was not have a high pressure sales pitch in an unnecessary project.
I was a little sad I don’t need a new roof 😂as I know when I do, I will for sure use this company.

After careful consideration, we decided to use Calgary Roofing and Restoration to replace our roof after it had been damaged during a recent windstorm. It was impressive how quickly CR&R did a site visit and prepared a detailed quotation for our review. After we selected CR&R to do the work, we were inserted into their schedule promptly. The installation was completed on time and on budget. CR&R's professionalism and customer communication was first rate. We recommend Calgary Roofing and Restoration.

From our initial consultation with Damien to the final clean up, the entire experience was fantastic!! The crew was professional, detail oriented and clearly take pride in their work. They kept us informed during every step of the process, so we always knew what was going on.
What really stood out is their commitment to customer service. They delivered everything they said they would and more! The owner Jordon personally followed up to make sure we were happy with both the work and the overall experience. That level of care and accountability is rare these days.

High quality work, fast turnaround, and completely reliable from start to finish. The team at Calgary Roofing and Restoration did a fantastic job. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process, and knowing they stand behind their work with a lifetime labor warranty provides great peace of mind. They also offer a military discount, which is a great touch that shows they appreciate the community. They showed up on time, kept the site clean, and got the job done right. So we have not gotten our roof replaced for the past 12 years, but with Hail and Wind damage we needed to get it done ASAP. We reached out to our Insurance and they came up with some BS about wear n' tear and they would not replace it, and not pay anything towards it, they have also advised that all Home policies are increasing their deductible for Wind and Hail in AB to $10,000!!! So we were thinking that is still worth it to try and claim because here we are thinking the roof cost is $20K+!! When we got denied we were really struggling with what to do. We reached out to 3 different companies and based on numerous things, (Price, interaction and timing) we decided to go with Calgary Roofing & Restoration, ANYONE can message me directly to check the validity of this review, they were amazing!!! The cost was a hairline away from the Deductible!!! We were booked in within a week from signing the agreement, they didn't even want a deposit, (We insisted, as we know Roofing companies have to front the cost for the supplies) and on the day of, there were 7 guys on site at 730am on the dot and finished our entire roof (Big House) by 4pm!!! We were so impressed and happy with everything, they sent us a whole album with our before/after pics and everything looks super clean and perfect. They supplied us with a full invoice, and certification of completion without us even having to ask. I 100% endorse this company and highly recommend reaching out to them for your roofing needs. I also encourage you to get a quote from them before paying your insurance company that $10,000 deductible as it may save you a claim and potential future premium increases!! I HATE insurance companies after this experience, but thankfully Jordan and his crew made life 1000x easier for us. (Also bought them Pizza, Pop and Chips for a midday break as they were working so hard, trust me it's a small gesture that they really appreiciated and they still finished ahead of time!!) - Naju & Elizabeth
