Tim McBratney is simply The Best. He was a wise advisor when I was getting my business launched (yes, he’s a mortgage guy, but he’s also a first class businessman of high integrity). He helped us get back on our feet after the ‘08 mortgage meltdown. And he always bothers to answer my questions even if tangential (today’s Q was about family trusts). He’s kind & resourceful in addition to running a tight ship. For warmth & integrity as well as the best deal in town — Tim has it all!

Tim McBratney and his team did an excellent job setting us up with a mortgage for our first home! We are new to the US and he walked us through all the important things to consider for financing our home. He was very responsive to emails and questions, and made sure everything was done efficiently with good communication. Highly recommend Tim and team for your mortgage or refinance!

Working with Pacific Residential Mortgage was easy. From day one when I met with Tim to start the process he ensured I was informed every step of the way. Team McBratney was amazing! They communicated with me and everyone else involved to ensure I understood each step and had everything I needed to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend Tim and his team, Holly was great. Every time I talked to them they had upbeat attitudes and were very positive. Thanks for everything!

What can I say Tim and his team members Holly and Brian made purchasing our first home very easy. They took us step by step and explained everything. This was very important to me and my family. The communication between Tim and his team was second to none any and all questions were answered and we had a lot of questions being first time buyers. He was prompt and very helpful. We will definitely come Back with any future plans to purchase or even refinance. I Would highly recommend Working with Tim.
