I needed a peace-of-mind mold assessment and called this company. I was apprehensive about the pricing I was given, thinking there'd be add-ons and upsells when they showed up. Woody arrived on time, asked me about areas of concern, did some evaluation and testing, then took two samples (inside and outside) as discussed. Final price was exactly what he told me on the phone. No sales pressure or upsell. After reviewing lab results with Paul on a detailed phone call, I have peace of mind. Definitely would recommend this company for their promptness, their full disclosure of pricing, their scientific knowledge of molds and spores. I was lucky to not have experienced flooding or water intrusion, but rest assured THIS is the company to call if you think you have a mold problem, or if you're just curious.

We were moving and I wanted a mold test as part of the inspection. I was recommended through a family friend. I’m glad I did, because they did find a mold issue. The sellers worked with us on fixing the issue. They did a great job communicating and sharing the results and progress with us.
