First off, I don't blame the staff. She was nice enough and sympathetic. However notary services are not available from open to close. I was told that that would be available at 11:00. Nowhere on the Google page does it say this so I had to waste my time. Obviously I could have called ahead. Cake back later that day, and Mo, the notary, was pleasant and got my two documents taken care of in 5 minutes. Call ahead for notary services.

I’ve used the UPS store at 101st and Mingo for years. They are great! Friendly, helpful, service with a smile. Not the BA/Tucson location. This is the first time in 10+ years I’ve had to pay for them to place tape on the amazon box I provided. $3 for 3 pieces of tape. I expect the owner looks and acts like Ebenezer Scrooge. You run a UPS store, it’s expected that you would use tape as part of your everyday service. Build the cost of tape in to your shipping/packing supplies, printing svcs, etc… I’m sure Amazon pays you for every return you process.

I’ve used your location for making copies and other personal shipping. Back to 101st and Mingo now.

I use the Amazon check in but when it's customer packed sometimes I don't have tape, I've had no issues with other locations providing tape. I packed two pkgs allowing them to serve others who only had one pkg but my generosity was met with crass... next time tape it yourself, see it says, this is our policy. It's your discretion and apparently this clerk has none. Will not use this location or next time take up space instead of being considerate since none can be given!

If I could I would give less stars. I choose the location as a drop off point for Amazon. Upon arriving and entering with the items the woman asks how she can help. The moment I say Amazon she looses it. She says “I will take the packages this time but since we are going into the Christmas season we will not have the time to handle your packages!” Number one mam, don’t raise your voice. Number two it’s literally your job to handle packages.

I just LOVE our new UPS store in BA! The staff is always friendly and eager to help PLUS they have 2 Amazon Return Kiosks that are always stocked with labels and bags. Well Done UPS!
