Our experience with Black Premium Limo was amazing!!! The saying goes, you get what you pay for and they definitely delivered, and their service was excellent!
Alexa and Sai took the time and care to work with me to book two limos for my family to and from the airport. They were available to answer all of my many, many questions and made the process seamless.
Additionally, Sai and Waleed were great drivers and extremely personable. Sai even played Michael Jackson music for our son on the way to the airport, as Michael is his favourite artist.
I will definitely be using this company for all my future trips.

We recently used Black Premium Limo for transportation from Brantford to Pearson airport. The experience from pick to delivery was top notch. Our driver was on time, friendly and very professional. The SUV was clean and provided ample room for 5 adults.
Even though our return flight was delayed by 5 hours, Sam and his team made sure they were there to pick us up. I would highly recommend this car service.

This company is amazing!! I’ve been using them for 2 years, so professional, customer service is outstanding and very accommodating. For example , I always ask for Sai to be my driver, we were coming back from a trip and he was to pick us up as the airport. Well I had an issue at the airport with my luggage and we were delayed quite a while, but Sai waited for us anyway while we were sorting things out. He was amazing, he didn’t have to wait , and he was so helpful and calmed me down on my way home. I highly recommend this company. My drives have always been safe and worry free. Thank you😃

We recently used them for travel to and from the airport. They gave us a free upgrade for pick up and we were WOWed! It was the nicest car service we’ve ever used. They were on time and clean and very professional. The driver Sammy was lovely and intuitive to whether we were chatty on the way there (or exhausted after our trip!)

I was sceptical of different places when I was researching it and found the reviews to be genuinely reflective of the company and experience.

I really like this company! I’ve used them multiple times now for trips to and from Barrie —> Pearson Airport. Luxury, very clean and comfortable vehicles.
Very good communication by email and text. (Quick responses).
Friendly and professional service. Easy booking process. I now request Sai by name if he’s available. I’ve also had great rides with other drivers!
The prices are competitive (I shopped around online, a lot looking for a reputable company with reasonable rate).
This is my first choice when I don’t want to drive myself!
