Great experience here! All of the PTs/PTAs work well together and they are able to offer flexible timeslots - I never had to wait to be seen. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and great to interact with and they do a good job managing multiple patients in one timeslot. If I had any constructive criticism it would be that they spend a lot of the sessions on their computer - I would have appreciated more frequent form checks/form corrections versus watching me do one rep and then going back to the computer until I finished the set.

I came in for a lower back and neck injury, and working with Lenin made a huge difference in my recovery. He took the time to explain each exercise, why it was important, and how it would help me heal. He also provided exercises to do at home, and I followed all of his recommendations. I'm feeling so much better now, and I'm truly grateful for his knowledge, patience, and encouragement. On top of that, everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, which made every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Lenin and the entire team to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I was recommended this place from my doctor and my concerns of insurance coverage was made known from the very first phone call to schedule. Unfortunately, I was fed false information after false information. I was told I didn’t have a copay .. then I did. Then I was told I wouldn’t be billed for anything after the copay and I was.. I’m not sure if the receptionist here was the right person to ask or what information they see on their end but if they’re unsure, they should just say they are unsure. Now I’m fighting for bills I didn’t want and MADE KNOWN to this place that I was concerned about it. When you get past all that, the place is alright.

I came after a wrist injury and was pleasantly satisfied with the care I was given. Jen was phenomenal in scheduling my plan of care. I worked with Lenin and Andrew, and they were very thorough with the explanations and not only gave me a seamless recovery process, but explained it to me in a way where I could understand my injury. I would recommend this clinic 100%. Very welcoming and understanding people. 10/10.

Great physical therapists. They listen to your needs and design a PT program to help address them. There was a good variety of exercises and they paid attention and adjusted whenever I mentioned recent body pain or discomfort. Would definitely go back were I to need physical therapy again.
