Thank you for your prompt response. However, I must clarify several points regarding my attempts to engage with your team, which have been met with silence until my online review was posted.
Firstly, I reached out via email on several occasions to your customer service team without receiving a response. Additionally, attempts to contact you by phone lead only to an answering machine that is never responded to, and my messages went unanswered. It was only after my detailed review was posted publicly that I received a call, in which I was told my truthful statements were considered slander. This is deeply concerning, as my review was based on fact, and your response seems to dismiss or threaten genuine concerns.
Furthermore, I have comprehensive documentation that supports my claims, including emails and other correspondence. Recently, I received another letter falsely citing slander and requesting a prompt response within five days. I have asked for written intentions about any potential actions against me for continuing to share my truthful experiences.
When I requested my money back, you dragged the process out for weeks and included an unlawful stipulation requiring me to sign a document promising not to disclose my experience, which I find unacceptable. Over more than three months, your company has failed to deliver any usable documentation despite multilateral agreements on starting over with clear directions, photos, and videos provided by me. The lack of a coherent plan from the outset has only compounded my frustration, as shown by the agreement to change representatives after communication breakdowns.
It is now a proven fact that you have produced nothing. Therefore, I should be compensated for the lost time as a direct result of your failure to honor our contract.
I am sharing this response publicly to ensure transparency and accountability in addressing how my concerns have been handled. I sincerely hope this open communication helps resolve these issues and prevents similar experiences for others in the future.

Disappointed with Own My Ideas – Highly Recommend InventRight Instead

I signed up with Robert at Own My Ideas with high hopes, but the experience was deeply disappointing. After providing several leads, I had to constantly chase him down for updates. Communication was poor, and I often felt like I was being strung along. What I received in return was a basic, unimpressive website that didn’t reflect the value I was expecting for the money I paid.

To make matters worse, the website they created was taken down without any notice or explanation—an unprofessional move that left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. There was little to no follow-through, and overall, I felt like I had wasted my hard-earned money.

Im so grateful that I found this service. These people are awesome. They waisted no time and quickly went to work. They listened to my mission and product and brought it to life in ways that are going to fast track my success. Im really impressed with the outcome. I feel like as long as you present them with a project that is practical and doable, their going to do what they do best and market your idea.
The next time I need this service, I will definitely be coming back. But with their help, I'll be more likely to retire before I have to come back.

After signing up Robert at own my ideas, I had to constantly reach out to him on what was going on with the leads I provided to him. After numerous communications with Rob I felt like I wasted my hard earned money on a con man. The truth is they made a really silly website, and I was supposed to be impressed. The lack of follow though was zero. I highly recommend invent right. They coach you all the way through the process. They work with you and your leads. They provide you support and for a lot less money. They actually get your ideas to market. Unlike Robert at own my own idea. They removed the website that they built without asking me or informing me. Very embarrassing. Complete waste of money. Please check out inventright. Com.
