My water heater tank finally let go and I reached out to other plumbing companies, not hearing back for up to 2 days. So I asked a few friends and Royal T was one of the recommendations. I am so glad I went with Royal T Plumbing. Raph was extremely quick to respond, taking my inquiry seriously. Asked me all the right questions and provided clear answers. He got me in the earliest possible, which was the very next morning.
Amir showed up at my house early for my appointment. He was extremely polite, efficient, and a great person to be around. His work was top notch and completed to perfection. He even took the time to explain how the system worked and showed me all the checks to ensure leak free operation. I will recommend Royal T to all my friends. Thank you to Raph and Amir, you guys killed it!

Raph came and helped with the install of our fire pit.

Awesome experience.

Very knowledgeable and the service was excellent.

All done in timely matter. I called in the afternoon and Raph was able to take care of it within 3 hours.

Finding home professionals you trust is tough. I trust Raph and I recommend RoyalT plumbing.

Raph was able to help my family on very short notice.

Long story short, we never cleaned our system. Every company told us to get a new system. Problem was I had too many expenses come up recently I could afford a new system, especially around Christmas.

Who wants to choose between Christmas and staying warm….
Raph came by, methodically thought about how to solve the issue and then very gracious and patiently explained the issue and more about the system.

I can’t tell you how much easier my family and I are sleeping having heat finally in the home.

Our bldg has “old” pipes and can be difficult to work on. RT guys did not have any problems (like past plumbers). Their work, neatness and personality was second to none. Absolutely will recommend this company to family & friends.

Matt and Raph did an amazing job in completely replacing our old shower valves. It was a challenging task (from my perspective) as I had asked them that we wanted to keep the existing tiles. They were excellent in getting the job done clean and efficiently, even with the limited workspace. Scheduling the initial inspection and work felt smooth and hassle-free. I never felt pressured throughout the process as they explained to me the scope and set my expectation appropriately. Compared to other plumbers I inquired, the quote they gave me was very competitive and are worth the money. I would definitely recommend Royal T Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumbing job done professionally.
