Jim from Colorado Asbestos Inspections came by my fixer-up condo purchase to evaluate my popcorn ceiling. He was punctual, pleasant and efficient while taking ceiling samples to be tested for asbestos. The results came back sooner than expected and the report was very thorough and detailed. An extremely quick return of my call as well as coming over the same day I called made for a great experience! My son’s apartment in an 1800 ‘s building had linoleum that was causing us concern and the landlord wouldn’t do anything to assure us it wasn’t asbestos so I had it tested myself! Great company to use for such testing.

Fast, professional, to the point. I am a GC on a medium sized commercial remodel. I had my inspection report within 5 business days. I have not had to deal with abatement. Great experience from start to finish. Jim was easy to schedule, professional, and showed up on time. Once on site, he was very helpful in recommending what tests made sense and what tests would be unnecessary for my particular situation.
