Incredible team!! Got my garage door fixed in a day. Very honest people and fairly priced. Roberto was an amazing, more than a technician he is an amazing person. It was such a pleasure to work with them. He went over and beyond his responsibilities taking care of few things for us. I highly recommend TyGrig team for any of your garage related work. Thank you, Roberto.

Experienced, professional, safe service. Always great with communication. Went out and picked up a part themselves in Knoxville when their supplier failed repeatedly to deliver. Worked quickly to get our garage back and in better working order.

I had the pleasure of doing business with TyGrig Garage Door Co.The technician was extremely professional and courteous. The quality of work is unmatched. They treated my home as if it were their own. I upgraded openers and due to the advanced technology, the Technician took his time explaining all of the features. I hope to do business with them in the future - They are highly recommended!!

Call TyGrig and had a technician out the next day. Kamden did a great job and was very efficient and explained the process and what he had to do. My motor was shot and he came equipped and ready to replace it and did it in a very timely manner. Kept my autistic son entertained the entire time and was very cordial with him which I also appreciate more then you can describe. All in all a great experience and he told me he was still just an assistant still hoping to be a full tech soon. This man would make a great tech and definitely needs that position! Once again great experience and very happy with the service that was given!
