They told me my appointment was 45 minutes earlier than it was, and when I double checked that it wasn't the time I had originally written down, they doubled down and wasted my time for nothing. So they said I could reschedule for 9am the following week. I show up and there's a group of people outside waiting, and someone trying to get them on the phone tells us all they're closed - with no sign on the door.

Every time ive been to western dental ive had good experiences...great staff...vary friendly.. Genuinely concerned...And happy to help...It help to get to know the staff..so i ask names...So im calling them out..Eddie i appreciate your friendliness... Doctor Kaur for genuinely being concerned...Marlene for financially advising me.What are my options appreciate you ladys and gentlemen..Sarah with an H hahaa...since i stepped in that office she has made me feel comfortable and she made me feel happy to be there...thank you western dental staff!

Service here on Ming ave was great. The girl Sarah who took my X-rays was very gentle and caring for my gums. Also the doctor here (dr. Kaur) is amazing. She is very informative and also very gentle when in my mouth doing her work. She provided me with all the information I needed as far as getting to know what’s to come for my next appointment and made sure to get all information in to speed up the process.. love the service here.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pirouz when he did my dental implant. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. The procedure went smoothly and the results are amazing.
