We originally came to town for Fantasy Fest, not expecting to dive into house hunting. But after reaching out to Gary McAdams, he called us back within minutes, eager to help. Just a couple of hours later, he was showing us properties, and by the next day, we’d found the perfect place. Now, with an offer accepted on a beautiful Key West home, we're hoping to move in by Thanksgiving—and if not, Christmas for sure!

We came into town for a fantasy fast and the last thing we expected was to find a realtor willing to work and show us houses. We emailed Gary McAdams and within five minutes he called us. He had us out looking at houses two hours later. We spent a couple hours looking again the next morning and decided on one we like. We now have a pending contract on a beautiful house in Key West. Our goal is to spend Thanksgiving in our Key West home, but if we don’t make Thanksgiving, we will be there for Christmas dinner for sure.

Gary kept us informed of everything no matter how big or how small. When Gary listed our house in Key West, we knew about every call, text, email or conversation regarding our house. He gave us valuable feedback from each showing. He suggested a price much higher than we thought and he sold it at his full recommended price.

Gary McAdams was our realtor selling our house on Sugarloaf Key. He sold it fast and kept us informed of everything no matter how big or small the detail. He set up a Google Calendar and gave us access where he would add in anything that happened or was going to happen and sent us reminders of everything we needed to do. The first day we were in a binding contract, Gary gave us a check list and told us exactly when each item had to be done. Very through at his job.

We bought our Townhouse in the Key West Golf Club from Gary McAdams in 2005. We just sold it s weeks ago hiring him again and bought a condo at 1800 Atlantic from him. All 3 sales, Gary McAdams was excellent. His performance shows he has well over 2 decades as a Key West Realtor.

called Gary McAdams to ask about getting an estimated value for my house on Big Coppitt Key. He came over that day with about a dozen similar houses that have sold in the past 12 months, all the houses that are for sale in my area and had a much higher suggested price than I expected. Gary was right. He sold it in 4 days for just $3,000 below his suggested listed price. Gary is great. Call him if you need a realtor.

Gary McAdams is much more than a realtor. He is a trusted advisor. He not only helped us buy a house but advised us on the rental market and introduced us to the best contractors and property managers in Key West. We had a very smooth sale buying our house in Key West from Gary McAdams. He knew the neighborhoods, he knew the history of every house we looked at, he got us a great home inspector, handled negotiating any repairs and got us a great price. Gary called us a couple days after we closed to check to see if we needed us and called again 2 weeks later. He is a realtor who is good at his job and truly cares about those of us who are buying a house from him.
