Thank you for the great service. Very helpful and efficient. Door serviced, had all parts and was curious. I highly recommend the company and ask for Dan, that was my technician.

We needed someone to evaluate & replace a garage door opener in Simi Valley. In my research, I contacted 4 companies & ultimately decided to go with EM Garage Doors & we're so glad we did. Edi is the man! From my first conversation on the phone with him, through all my questions, through the appointment scheduling, to him coming to check & install the new one, I have nothing but positive things to say about him. His price was also very reasonable. Save yourself the time & hassle of calling around to find the best price & the best professional... just call Edi!

Had a great experience with Eddie. He responded quickly. He made himself available quickly and successfully completed our project. He seems nice, genuine and competitively priced. We are using him again very soon. I recommend giving him a call.

Edi was super courteous, respectful and honest. He resolved the issue with our electronic gate and was very reasonable with the cost. I will definitely be referring his company to everyone I know that needs repair or a new electronic gate. I wish I could give 10 stars but Yelp will only allow 5 stars. Thank you again Edi! :)

The gate at our driveway was stuck halfway down and wouldn’t close. Their team came quickly, repaired the motor, and made sure it was aligned properly. They left it in better shape than it had been working in years.

My automatic gate was not sitting right and the motor was not working correctly. The repair crew was right on time, figured out the problem and corrected it. They adjusted the gate and the motor. It now opens easily and quietly, and I feel a lot safer. Fast, professional, dependable service. I highly recommend them!

My garage door opener failed suddenly, leaving me outside with my vehicle. I made a call, and a technician arrived a few hours later, identified the problem, and swapped out the broken component. Efficient, prompt, and highly skilled service.

Repaired the garage door that was stuck after a power failure. Realigned the spring and modified the track. It now opens effortlessly once more. I'm truly thankful for the thorough and unhurried restoration.

I had a new motor system for the gate put in, and it’s incredible, a total transformation. There’s no longer any noisy grinding or unexpected issues. It functions smoothly now, plus they connected it to my phone. The team treated my property with care, clearly detailed the technology installation, and cleaned up perfectly afterward. An exceptional level of service from beginning to end!

One evening, the garage door unexpectedly wouldn’t shut, naturally, just before a storm hit. After a couple of hours, someone arrived at my home to troubleshoot the problem. It turned out that the sensor had been misaligned and one of the springs had deteriorated. They corrected both issues immediately and even adjusted the door’s balance. It's now operating smoothly and quietly. I had forgotten how nice a functioning garage door should sound.

Our automated gate was malfunctioning continuously, either remaining ajar or halting midway. It turned into a greater issue for security rather than a helpful feature. The team arrived, switched out the motor for a sturdier version, rewired the control panel, and ensured everything was aligned correctly. Now it opens without a hitch each time. Quick, efficient, and they left no clutter. Excellent job.

When I realized my old garage door was beyond repair, I called EM Garage Doors and Gate Service and they had someone out the next morning to assess and quote—no runaround, just a clear estimate at a fair price. Their customer service team was super responsive, answering my calls and texts almost instantly, and the installer arrived right on schedule. The whole replacement was done in just a few hours, and they even walked me through the new door’s features before tidying up. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth the process was and would recommend anyone in a pinch to give them a call.

I can't recommend EM Garage doors enough. I called around and he had the best price AND I loved his workmanship and communication skills. I will be telling my friends about him when they need their garage door motor unit replaced. He works fast and really catered to my needs. I'm very satisfied and so glad I don't have to worry about my garage door anymore.

Very satisfied with Mr. Edi Mandlawi‘s prompt and professional service. Came over within the hr and finished installing a new LiftMaster garage door opener by noon time. Super quiet, which cannot be shown in photos. Very neat work… highly recommend this company.

Where do I start. I had hired another company to install a brand new gate and pedestrian door, but the installation proved too complicated, that’s where Eddie and his team came in and saved the day. Eddie blew me away with his knowledge and understanding of the issues that plagued the other company - he identified every issue with the installation and what needs to be done to fix it. I feel very lucky to have found Eddie and now have a perfectly working gate. And Eddie has been unbelievably responsive to any questions, which is very much appreciated. Highly highly recommend.

I had a gate installed in my front yard by Edi and his team, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Edi came by to provide some ideas and a free estimate. After paying the deposit, the team was incredibly fast and efficient, completing the installation of 60 ft of iron fence in just two weeks! They were reliable, showing up exactly when they said they would.

The price was very reasonable considering the high quality of their work. I highly recommend Edi and his team to anyone in need of gate installation in Los Angeles. They offer exceptional value for money and deliver top-notch service.
