I've had two separate orders with them, and they have been phenomenal. The second order Canada Post lost the package and were going to take forever for the investigation, so ATech personally contacted me, were taking care of everything, and replaced the item personally while Canada post took their sweet time. Will buy from them again, in a heartbeat.

Although I was quite surprised by it's home based small business, Adeel and his team are extremely responsive in giving great customer service for our MacBook battery replacement with fair pricing. We are very pleased to have your business in our community.

I purchased a refurbished laptop from A Tech and although I ultimately returned it, I was extremely impressed with the service provided. Every question I had was answered promptly. Whenever I had an issue, they provided a satisfactory solution. In this age of faceless big box stores that usually give you the runaround, Adeel and his team set the gold standard for customer service!

I recently purchased a laptop from this amazing home-based shop, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The prices are incredibly reasonable – much better than what you’ll find at big stores – and the quality of the laptops is excellent. On top of that, the service was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a reliable laptop at a great price with fantastic service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I just picked up a laptop last week at a very reasonable price and a very good machine. I was very impressed with this home-base business that gives exceptional service takes the time to explain options and they do have options.

In and out in half an hour and everything taken care of got home and the laptop works fine. The three month warranty is also good feature and you know they’re good for it.

Amazing prices and customer service. Got a laptop but needed a higher spec one. The exchange and upgrade process was a breeze and did not even charge extra for the extra 8 gb ram to make it 24 go ram in total!

I really loved their service. It’s a wonderful family business, hospitable couple, very attentive. I saw their post on Facebook marketplace, face them a call and scheduled a walk in session.

Adeel served me. I came in on a Sunday, she took her time with explaining everything. They have student discounts as well. I’d recommend buying from the website it’s cheaper.

My HP Elite x2 works well, no issues, I’ve had it for 2 weeks now. I would definitely recommend them.

Also if you want a specific laptop, desktop, PC or whatever, they will source it for you if you leave a deposit.
