I have been so excited to try this place since they finally came to St Augustine, only to be dissapointed. We ordered on Uber eats and everything was cold, the breading on the wings was soggy, and the garlic Parmesan sauce was EXTREMELY salty (and this is coming from someone who loves salt and seasonings). I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews but the food was just not good at all. So unfortunate because I’ve heard people rave about Wingstop for years.

06/21 1645 we placed an order that showed ready at 1715. when we showed up to pick it up, it wasn't even started yet. our order wasn't ready until 1810. we asked the manager a couple of times during our wait whats going on, and he said that they're working on it. this is the first and last time that i'll order from this wingstop. i've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a carryout order at any wingstop in this country. if there was ever a problem, the manager always told us why and when it would be ready and gave us complimentary fries, drinks, celery and carrot sticks or gave us a discount on our order. not here at 1590 US-1, saint augustine. the manager acted like we owed him something.

I had been dying to try Wingstop since it came to town, and finally got my chance only to be sorely disappointed. The Garlic Parmesan chicken tenders were just plain tenders with some Parmesan sprinkled on top - plus they were cold. The fries would have been good if they were fresh, but they tasted like they had been sitting for 30 minutes. It was a waste of $20. The cashier acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there (it was 11am). So…I’m not impressed, and not going back.

It’s disappointing because out of pure laziness you can’t even toss the wings ? Only reason for 2 stars on food is because the garlic Parmesan (dry rub) was good.
Only reason for two stars on service was because when we waited on our first visit (1/2) we waited for an hour because they couldn’t “find the order” that we placed on DoorDash that we had to pickup because no dasher - they gave us a free brownie. At least they acknowledged it. As for this order i don’t know who made it but like… are you serious lol. We work all day serving in a fellow restaurant and end up paying to have food come like this. Kind of sucks.

Okay so update 4/25/26
We ordered tonight and however was on shift is AMAZING. This was HANDS DOWN the best Wingstop I ever had. To the point of where I had to come back and edit my review. We ordered 10 original hot, 10 citrus mojo (fire) 5 Hawaiian and 5 garlic Parmesan, seriously whoever made it deserves a raise 🙏🏼. Juicy wings cooked perfectly with perfect sauce hot so amazing. Genuinely a great employee you had on tonight! No updated photos becuase we ate it SO fast !

Stopped here today after being in the area, I'm really new to the area if stopping to eat. This particular "lunch" was a discovered GPSless than 5 minutes away. I'm glad of the discovery. I went into a clean restroom, I had placed an order when I was greeted by kind people asking how I was and kindly telling me when I'm ready, etc. My order was done quick, and the 2 tvs were a noticeable large size to sit and enjoy whatever sport is showing.
