In 2020, Melinda helped us secure a mortgage loan during the pandemic and she delivered under extremely trying circumstances. Five years later, we sought her out again when buying our latest home. The new organization provided some interesting new capabilities and Melinda made them easy to understand and access. As with our last mortgage, her insights and advice were invaluable. And her follow up is astounding! With the new organization/situation, we DID think it would be good to explore some other providers. But they couldn’t measure up to Melinda’s attention to detail, thorough communications, promptness/timeliness, rates, and options. She is far and away the best to work with. If we could, we would give her 6 or 7 stars!!!

Working with Christie & Melinda in purchasing our home was fantastic. The whole process seemed daunting at first but Christie and her team made things very simple. Melinda was exceptionally talented as my loan officer. My buyer fell out of escrow, I needed to secure a home loan on short notice to make an out of state move. Without the loan I would lose the home I was trying to purchase. Melinda went above and beyond to get my loan funded in a little over a week. I highly recommend her and her team and will use her again if the need arises.
