I have recently started playing again and now I have 2 kids. This will be my go to place from now on. I recently purchased a marker from another company and it took nearly 2 weeks to receive and it didn't work when it arrived. I placed my order with East Coast on a Friday morning and it arrived at my door on Monday morning and it was better than described on the website. I couldn't be happier!

One of the last few remaining businesses that actually care about their clientele. Proactive, cordial, and responsive to say the least. I had an order where one item was currently unavailable to fulfill and another was out of stock and couldn't be allocated. East Coast Paintball reached out to me before just send what was left of my order that was in stock and canceling the rest like most other companies nowadays. They offered me reasonable solutions and substitutions.. and then even went so far as to track down and outsource one of the two unfulliable items ordered and have it sent to me. My "mask" is off to them. Customer care and service like this is how you keep long term loyal consumers coming back time and time again. Thank you.

Forget these guys. These guys are part of the reason people are fatigued with paintball sales. Bc they sell junk and have no integrity on the warranty process. 🤢

Was disappointed. They took my order for a jt proflex mask, only to find out a few days later - because I called- that they did not have it in stock. I asked to have another mask to replace my original order. Like the first order, although the website said they had the item, I was told after an email that the second mask was also not in stock. My order was then cancelled and refunded.

Horrible company.. bought an item that turned out to be the wrong type of kit the person wanted. Called and emailed about exchanging/refund the very next day after receiving after.several attempts and a week later they finally responded telling me they will not allow a exchange or a return of a unopened item. Horrible customer service and probably a scam company.. Do not buy from them.

I Do not live in the area and visited this place for a few things needed for my sons Christmas presents. They not only provided me with amazing a friendly service but helped me realize I was sold bad product from another store. I met the owner and owner of Urban Assault, my son and I will be visiting them based on the great interaction I had with them. I appreciated them!
