I just finished my routine cleaning with Jamie. She is thorough but gentle. Along with being personable she is great at explaining your needs. Really I can't express how much I love Dr Paks whole office staff? Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Dr Pak has set a wonderful example of how to treat and educate patients. I appreciate the quality of her work and she has the best chairside manner. Great people!

Discover Dental is a state of the art facility In Rocklin and staffed with the kindest and most professional staff you may ever encounter in a medical/dental environment. I was so impressed with the level of attentiveness and concern they have for the patient. Every detail and procedure is gone over with the utmost of care and execution. There are a lot of moving parts in a fully functioning dental office. Dr Pak and her staff cover all the bases with accuracy and precision from consult and diagnosis through treatment and follow up. Dr. Pak and her office is amazing! I can’t say enough about the time and attention they have given me when it comes to my TMD. Dr. Pak has spent so much time communicating my options to me and figuring out a plan that is best for me and my budget. Her dental assistance, Lindsey has been wonderful to work with. From laser appointments to appliance checks for my TMD, Lindsey has always been so sweet and supportive! I can’t recommend this office more highly!!

Exceptional dental work and an amazing staff! I absolutely love my new crown, it looks and feels perfect. The dental hygienist did a fantastic job, it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. The office also has beautiful views, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jaclyn Pak and her incredible knowledge of sleep apnea and airway health. From my very first visit, she was so informative and thorough—explaining things that my primary care doctor had never even mentioned. Each appointment has been both comfortable and educational. I was fitted for an appliance, and the experience was seamless. Now, I’m sleeping better, have more energy, no more headaches, and feel like myself again.
A huge thank you also goes to Lisa, who spent so much time with me on the phone beforehand, patiently explaining every step of the process. By the time I met Dr. Pak in person, I felt like I already knew her. Dr. Pak and her team truly go above and beyond. I usually don't take the time to write a review, but wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr. Pak and her staff. I've been a patient for about 3 years. From the time I entered into the office to the time I left, I received nothing but exceptional care. The gals at the front greeted me with smiles and accommodated my special needs (fractured foot on crutches). Dr. Pak assistants, Lindsay and Val, were able to help get me seated and both were very friendly. Dr Pak is the most gentle dentist I've ever had! Maybe it's her small hands, but I think it's more than that. She takes her time and does not rush. She took time to explain the procedure and although her office was full of people, I was made to feel like I was the only one. Love this practice and everyone here! And the view from my room was amazing.

I had no idea how challenging it was going to be to find a dentist. Luckily for me, I was forced to find one. I had been with the same wonderful dentist for over 15 years, but unfortunately he moved out of state. I dragged my feet finding a new one. My teeth were in good shape I thought. Then one day, two of my crowns broke at the same time when I was eating cereal. Dang that Captain Crunch!I was devastated and embarrassed because it showed when I smiled. I asked my friends, family and neighbors for referrals.
I decided to make three consultations with new dentists, Dr. Pak was the last. I’m so glad she was. At each consultation, I was paying attention to details: the first contact phone call, the look and cleanliness of the office, the vibe of personalities in the office, the way the doctors interacted with their staff, their experience and knowledge, and lastly, the way the dentists spoke and explained the proposed treatment to me. The comparison wasn’t apples to apples, it was apples to oranges. Dr. Pak was hands down the best choice for me.
From the first call I had with Corissa, I immediately felt like I was going to be in good hands. My consultation with Dr. Pak went so well that I immediately scheduled my treatment. The search was over!
Fast forward a few weeks, I have two new crowns that blend in with my natural teeth. They matched perfectly!
Everyone in this office is so kind, genuine, and attentive. Everything was explained so well, I knew exactly what to expect throughout the whole process. Even the hygienist, Jamie poked her head in to look at my new crowns and to introduce herself. I’m looking forward to going back to get my teeth cleaned next!

I had been seeking dental care from an insurance source and instinct told me I needed better care so I searched on line and chose Dr. Pak. I went in for a cleaning and afterward was told my insurance was no longer accepted. This change had occurred 3 months earlier, but I was not notified, and no one told me when I made the appointment or when they called to remind of it, or when I walked in the door. I paid for what would have been a free visit under my plan.

I was asked to make a follow up appointment for a filling to be done. Since they no longer accept my insurance, it was a bit much to absorb. I like to know what I am paying before the bill arrives, especially since I have insurance that will cover it. I now understand, after talking to my insurance rep, that this is a common occurrence, and that it is why the coverage needs to be checked before each and every appointment if you want to be sure.

I have been to several Dentists/Dental Offices over my many years and have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The front office staff, the other support staff as well as Dr Pak were all great! I received the most through evaluation of my dental health than I have ever received and have a great plan moving forward to address my issues including some areas missed by previous providers. My Wife saw Dr Pak a few weeks back and Dr. Pak was able to successfully address an issue for her that our previous Dentist could not correct. I would highly recommend!

I had chipped a tooth, so this was an “emergency” visit. I was seen immediately, and Dr. Pak said she could fill it. She left that up to me, and I consented. The.procedure went quickly and painlessly. Everyone in the office from the office manager to the dental assistant and Dr. Pak was welcoming and efficient. It was a good experience and I am happy with the outcome!
