A very bad experience. Their after-sales service is nonexistent, and the repair/part they provided turned out to be completely incompatible with my equipment, despite the money I paid.

Faced with the company's refusal to cooperate or rectify the situation, I had to file an official complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection.
I strongly advise against using this company due to its lack of professionalism and its disregard for consumer rights. Avoid them at all costs!

Un service impeccable! Après deux ans avec une autre compagnie avec qui nous avons eu des problèmes de toutes sortes, nous ne savions plus quoi faire pour notre système d'eau. Mario a été d’un professionnalisme exemplaire : à l’écoute, efficace, très clair dans ses explications et surtout, préoccupé à nous offrir le bon système pour nous et non pour gonfler la facture.
