The shut-off valve for my outside faucet leaked when I went to shut off the water for the winter. Eric from Access/A-1 Plumbing came out 15 minutes early for the appointment! How often does that happen with a contractor? He did the work promptly and cleanly and was done in 1/2 hour. Prompt efficient service and work was done well.

Absolutely horrible! Less than 6 years in our house and this is what has happened! They use the cheapest quality pipe and then are so careless that they don’t wipe the acid off like they are supposed to! Literally disintegrated our pipe. The other plumber who came to repair this said they had never seen something so bad! Cheap product, negligence and carelessness! That’s what you will get with this company!

I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.

I called Access Plumbing to install a new sink faucet and pipes as well as a bathtub/shower faucet. I received a text an hour before the technician arrived with information about the technician coming as well as a picture of him. It also had a little bio about the tech which I think was a really nice touch. He was thorough and diligent and I appreciated that he cleaned up well after his work. I didn't have everything I needed and he waited for me to have all of the equipment, finishing everything in one go. I will definitely use them again!

Highly Recommend!
Staff are honest, friendly, respectful, personable and most of all, knowledgeable.

We had a serious blockage deep down the kitchen pipes occur after the supper hour. So I called the after-hours line and spoke with a gentleman named Cliff.

We had a good chuckle about how the blockage happened (FYI, raw broccoli is best kept out of the garbarators) he gave me some pointers and then he suggested calling the office in the morning.

I appreciated the honesty and the fact that I wasn't going to have to pay the 'after hours' rate. :)

I called the office mid-morning the next day and within 30 minutes, had a call back letting me know that William would be at my home within the hour.

When he arrived, he was absolutely wonderful and he was great with my two children.
William and my husband had quite the talk about "what was she thinking putting broccoli down there??" (Amongst other topics.)

The kids were welcome to sit and watch him work (from a safe distance of course).

In the end, he worked almost 1.5hrs on that darn blockage and ended up replacing a small section of pipe.

We will definitely be contacting Access Plumbing in the future if we ever need help again.
