Had staff head to their office hoping to pick up some parts for EzRect. Was told they were not able to sell any parts due to "no sales person available to process any orders". If placing orders, be prepared to wait a few days. Guess they only care about the big fish and not the small guys.

My experience with Hi-Cube Storage Products and all the employees that I had contact with was excellent. Communication was clear and extremely responsive. Whenever I needed to reach out with inquiries, all employees were helpful and responded in a timely manner. They were all professional in their responses and directly me to the appropriate person if they were not the correct contact. The work was done in the timeframe they allotted for the project and worked with me throughout the entire process to ensure visibility into the project and to ensure all processes were followed and documented. Hi-Cube handled our move into a bigger warehouse with a high degree of professionalism. All aspects of the project were clearly laid out and explained so we knew where every dollar was going. They were great to deal with at every level from pre sales, quotation, project planning, install, accounting - I would highly recommend Hi-Cube.
