I saw Alicia Wilson in fall 2023. She was not only rude, but unprofessional. She even made a hateful comment about me and my weight in my patient notes (Not knowing that I could view those). I came to see Alicia after a 3 year period of not seeing a PCP. This three year break was due to extreme anxiety for the doctors office. She dismissed each of my issues (all of which were actually serious problems and were treated by a different doctor). And she straight up made me cry. I have never been seen by a provider who had such poor bedside manners. Alicia was cold, dismissive, and had a general "I'm better than you" attitude. It is disappointing to finally try to advocate for yourself after so much MDO anxiety, only to have that experience set me back even more. I would not recommend Alicia.

Seeing this nurse has been the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt at a doctors office. She will not listen to you, she will not advocate for you and she will talk over you and ignore your existing conditions unless you let her diagnose them herself. She doesn’t want to be wrong and will punish you via not advocating for you if you dare suggest a medication or treatment that is widely used but unknown to her. She made a nasty comment about my body, unsolicited, implying I need cosmetic surgery. I’m disgusted and appalled. No one should leave a doctors office feeling the way she made me feel.

I started seeing Alisha Wilson when my GP cut back her hours. I see her about as often now as I see my GP. I really like them both, but so grateful to have someone in addition to my GP that I can trust. I always feel confident with her recommendations.

She needs to "listen" to her patients. Instead she pushes her own agenda and ignores what you say. Gave me the wrong med and wasted my time. Ran up my bill for everything else and addressed what I was there for the last 2 mins of the appt. Terrible experience. Plenty of pushback from this office if you try to advocate for yourself. Do yourself a favor and keep driving down the road.

I am giving her a 5 just so that her ratings don’t go down as I have seen her before and thought that she was the world’s best. I am reviewing my visit on Wednesday. She acted like I should not have been there. She was not helpful. That is the same way I was treated in ER two days earlier. My gynecologist told me to get into see my primary doctor ASAP as something was not right. Looks like I was right. I have a very painful infection which could be serious. I am an older adult and older adults can go from a little sick to very sick in no time. I felt demeaned and degraded by her coldness. She has never been like that before, but I see NO reason for that level of disrespect.
