Highly recommend! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and took the time to explain the issues and various options for our garage door repair. The work was completed quickly, and we called them back the next day for an issue that ended up being unrelated to the work they had just completed, but they quickly fixed that too. Our door now runs smoothly and quietly. We will definitely call them again if we need any help with our garage door, and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new garage door.

About 6 months after I had the garage door serviced by Family Prestige, one of the wheels came out of the track. I called Family Prestige and they came over the same day and corrected for free. I am very happy with their service

Great work! They took care of my malfunctioning garage door about 24 hours after the call. Although only one torsion spring broke, I had them replace both, tuneup my garage door, and replace the seal on my double car garage door. All for $700.
