Spoke with Anthony and was given a verbal quote. I asked to get an official written quote and proof of insurance and was told no problem that would be sent over later in the evening. Never received anything and they showed up the next day when I was at work without notifying me and crushed one of my fence panels. Received a couple of pictures at work showing the work we discussed being completed no mention of the fence. Had a sob story about needing to pay his guys and could I send payment. Bad decision paying before getting home. Avoid making the same mistake call a real company.

I recently hired Against the Grain Tree Cutting Service in Parma, Ohio, and was extremely impressed with their work. The crew was professional, punctual, and completed the job safely and efficiently. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, leaving the property looking better than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality tree service.

Tony and Bryan did a great job! They were very careful not to damage any of my existing plants and did an excellent job cleaning up when they finished. They showed up promptly when they said they would and completed the job exactly as described. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them for any tree service you need. A+++++

Great customer service. Left a Vm and they returned my call within a few hours and came out the same day for a free estimate. They scheduled it for 3 days later. They came a little later than the time scheduled to do the job but that happens and wasn't a bother since we work from home. They worked super fast and offered to clean up our fence line where we are working to remove trees. Very friendly and efficient, we appreciated their hard work and very reasonable pricing!! 👍

Anthony and his helper quickly assessed and removed a big dead trim limb that was on my garage roof. It was removed quickly the same at a reasonable price. They cleaned up afterwards and removed all the branches, etc. I higly recommend them.
