I’ve been here several times. Both with kids to play games and other times to meet up before a movie to grab dinner and a beer. Every single time it seems like whoever the bar tender is it is like they have no idea what’s going on. I just went and sat at a pretty much full bar. No bartender and many people not being served. I sat there for 20 minutes. No one came by. I eventually got a table and still took 20 more minutes to get a beer. A friend of mine is vegan and orders a black bean burger plain. In multiple occasions it’s brought out with cheese even though he explicitly explains he needs it plain. They always make it right by giving him a discount or free meal but would rather just have it done right. Please take a look at your bar service.

At the end of the day it’s still a good spot for drinks and socializing. Fantastic to play games with the kids. They have great options to play games in an affordable way.

This past Sunday my family and I came to enjoy the arcade and have dinner and were not disappointed. With three adults and five children ranging in ages from 1.5 to 12 we had our hands full, but the arcade area never felt crowded despite the large number of guests in attendance that day.

Unfortunately, we encountered a technical issue right after we got there during the purchasing of our game cards. Having spent over $225 on game cards for my family, I was pretty nervous and upset about this and assumed that if I asked for a replacement card, I would be turned away with a polite "I'm sorry, sir, we can't help you" but I was very, very wrong. I approached Lyla at the hostess stand as she was the nearest employee I saw and informed her of the issue. She listened very closely and promptly went to inform her manager. Jazmun Brown, the manager on duty, quickly returned, listened to the issue, and immediately went to resolve it. After verifying our purchase at the kiosk, she issued us a new card and apologized for the inconvenience.

I would like to emphasize--they were EXTREMELY busy while this was going on. The arcade, bar, and dining areas were all full, yet Lyla and Jazmun smiled, listened, and fixed the issue expeditiously. I can't say enough positive things about their level of professionalism and quality of customer service.

Later on, during dinner, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Alaina. She was kind, courteous, friendly, and quick. She managed our large party with ease, and our food was all properly prepared and quite delicious.

After dinner, Lyla approached our party and offered us a complimentary $35 game card. I told her this was entirely unnecessary, as we were all quite satisfied with how the situation was handled before. But she politely insisted and reassured us that it was her pleasure to provide us with the best time possible while we were guests there. I can't express my gratitude enough towards her and how we were treated by the entire staff.

I'd also like to give a shoutout to Haley, who was pulling double duty assisting at the hostess stand as well as the prize counter. She was fun and friendly and deserves praise as well.

I work in hospitality and have ten years' experience in Food & Beverage service. I believe that individuals like Jazmun, Lyla, Alaina, and Haley are the heart and backbone of any successful business. We have enjoyed several outings to this Dave & Buster's location since it opened, and our experience this past weekend has certainly encouraged us to visit again in the near future, knowing that we will receive topnotch customer service and a fun time for everyone.

Loved this place, still love it. Got a Switch 2 here for my kids. I mean I'm the max level whatever this is and my kids tried the human crane.

I still recommend jungle rapids over this place for kids, if your an adult then Dave and Busters is cool.

The other place has go carts which is $20 for 5min and that was worth it compared to the cost of the human claw for similar pricing.

This is a great place to have diner and enjoy some fun games. Whether you go with your kids or with your friends. The food was delicious and I was not expecting this, I assumed that food was going to be plain or just a regular arcade/family restaurant but it was not. We had the flat bread, wings and the steak salad. All of them tasted great!

We’ve been to the new Dave & Buster’s in Wilmington a few times now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience so far. Even though it’s still a brand-new location, it’s running surprisingly well and seems very organized.

Inside it’s definitely loud—almost like a casino atmosphere—but that’s part of the fun and excitement. There are plenty of games and activities to keep kids entertained, and lots to do for adults as well. The food is good, the bar is good, and the employees have all been friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that it’s almost always super busy because it’s new and popular, so be prepared for crowds and a bit of a wait at peak times. Overall though, it’s a fun addition to Wilmington and a great place for families or a night out.
