The Staff at this location is really a word that's 1,000 times greater than Amazing. Management and there employees have it going on the right way. McDonald's, Burger King, Sonic, and Whataburger can truly learn something from this Hardee's. They can learn all this from Hardee's.
1-How to cook
2-How to clean
3-How to treat customers with respect.
4-How to prepare customers food fast.
Hell, my food even looked like a picture in a magazine. Like really, it's fast food but even there presentation look like a 5 star restaurant. The managers that was there 5a.m. this morning 6-23-2026 I really appreciate you 2 for treating me great like I was somebody special. I would love to see how they would treat a real famous person. I would definitely be going back to this location on HWY 49. Anyone who goes in there please treat this staff with respect while they prepare your food. There really a great staff. I wish all fast food places will take notes and be like Hardee's. If other fast food chains don't tighten up go to Hardee's. I promise you that staff won't disappoint you. Hardee's, I told y'all as I was leaving everything was great. My wife in the hospital is even smiling and happy with her burger. Thank you guys so much, and yes people I said burger at 5a.m.. They cooked me and my wife that's in the hospital what we asked for. They didn't say like McDonald's and Burger King said, "We are on breakfast menu. You gotta wait for lunch menu." We got what we wanted, juice fresh hot burgers. Mmm Mmm good. Thanks Hardee's for everything. We will be back soon

Went here to get breakfast... missed the amount by $00.25. But the balance came out of my account. They held the food ransom waiting for my bank to clear.Cause they canceled it before I could ask for an item removed Ended up walking out with no food and no refund, no receipt nothing 30 mins later. Breakfast is over. Never again

I didn’t catch the young man’s name, but he was working in the drive-through this morning at about 8:49am (it says Sonya on the receipt, but it definitely was not Sonya) He had the best customer service and I just want to acknowledge him for that And a sidenote, my hashbrowns were fresh and very hot

The food is amazing, the orders come out quickly, and Sonya😀, the shift leader, has a fantastic attitude. The team is great, and everyone's smiling. The atmosphere is quiet, and the showroom is clean. It's a small crowd, but you won't want to miss out on the best kept secret for home style breakfast. ITS NOT A SECRET THAT THIS STORE HAS A PHENOMENAL GENERAL MANAGER👏 B.MYERS🎖 WHO RUNS THIS STORE WITH LOVE❤️ FROM THE FOOD🥞 TO THE MOOD 🌞 EVERYDAY💯
