I had a great experience with Amherst roofing. I was so impressed with their sales person, Vadim L. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with every little detail of the proposal. I called and emailed several times just to make sure I understood everything, and he was very responsive happy to help each time. He even came back to my house to explain things in more depth and to show me more samples so that I could be very confident in the roofing materials that I’d be getting. He didn’t try to upsell me and was honest about what he thought I actually needed vs. didn’t need, and he explained the roof science behind his reasoning. I think you’d be in great hands if you chose to go with Amherst roofing for your roof!

Great company! Vadim was awesome! Nick was very helpful too. The crew was very professional and quick. They stayed late to make sure everything was done before the expected rain the next day. My skylight they replaced is perfect. Would leave a 10 star if possible.

Vadim provided excellent information which was very helpful in choosing Amherst Roofing to replace my roof. As I had some leaking issues, I was put on a short list to have the project completed shortly after the contract was signed. Vadim Was extremely helpful in every way possible.
On the day of the project, Nick called me early to let me know he was in route and throughout the day kept me posted on the progress of the roof tear down and the new roof installation. Nick’s guidance throughout the day was very beneficial, and he made certain that the area was all cleaned up after the project was completed. Nick returned after the project was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the new roof and instructed me to contact him if there were any unresolved issues. Thank you to Nick and Vadim for your professionalism and very good work.

A storm caused a leak in my upstairs bathroom on Tuesday night. I called Amherst Roofing on Wednesday and they came out Thursday to diagnose the issue. They checked the crawl space and used a drone to inspect the roof, which confirmed a broken vent. The estimator, Denis, was friendly and knowledgeable, showed clear photos, and answered all of my questions during the quoting process.

They completed the repair on Friday and shared photos of the damaged vent and the new vents after installation. The work was done efficiently and everything looks great. I feel confident the leak is fully resolved. Amherst roofing provided fast, professional, and reliable service from start to finish.

After getting 6 different quotes, Amherst Roofing was our choice, they did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. Their square footage estimates were the most accurate, as most other roofing companies don’t realize you can get your exact roof square footage online and then try to justify their exorbitant estimates. Dennis, the sales representative was very informative, fair and didn’t try to be car salesman. Paul was onsite the entire time to answer and address any questions as well as making sure everything was done right. Paul even addressed a potential future problem that was partly a siding/roof issue. Owner Alex even stopped by when Paul had another engagement to make sure everything was getting done right. Highly recommend!

Great workmanship at a fair price. The crew were knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent help with decisions on integrity and design. I could not be happier with roof and gutters. What a difference in appearance.

Amherst Roofing recently completed a full tear-off and replacement of my roof, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Everyone I dealt with at Amherst was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. Denis was especially significant. He kept me updated from the initial estimate all the way through choosing shingle colors, making sure I understood each part of the process. I highly recommend Amherst Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services!

Would highly recommend Amherst Roofing. From Alex who did my estimate to Nick who was the job supervisor to the work crews, Everything was amazing. The staff took copious amounts of pictures. They cleaned up as if they were not even there. They cut no corners and we cry pleasant. Came on site and worked immediately! While on site Nick kept me updated at every step and took pictures along the way for me to see the progress.
Recommend black shingles with black gutters!

I was very happy with the service I received from Amherst Roofing! I needed an estimate on the age of my roof for insurance purposes and Denis scheduled an appointment immediately and was out to my house the very next day. Pictures were taken and the estimate on the age of my roof was sent to me that same day. I highly recommend this company!

The guys at Amherst Roofing were great! They were detailed, very clear communicators and did what they said they were going do. They were extremely professional from start to finish. I began working with them for just a repair. They did an incredibly thorough job of assessing my leak (more so than any of the other 3 companies I had come out). While fixing the leak (a job they completed) it became obvious that I needed a new roof. They took extensive photographs to show me what they were seeing up there. I originally chose this company based on my interactions with them during the estimate process for my leak. I have no personal connections to these guys - based on my experience, I highly recommend Amherst Roofing, without hesitation, and would happily work with them again!

I would highly recommend Amherst Roofing for all of your roofing needs. From the time Alex came to give the estimate to Nick supervising the work to completion everything was done first class. All the crew were very friendly and worked professionally to make sure the job was completed in two days. My roof has both shingles and flat areas that needed rolled roofing along with some repair work that needed to be done. The copper around the chimney looks amazing. Everything looks fantastic. When they left you wouldn’t even know they were here it was so clean. I have had many people complement us on how nice the roof looks Great work and great people to work with.

Amherst roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof recently (complete tear off). Everyone I spoke with at Amherst roofing was very professional and helpful. During the roof replacement the supervisor Nick was on site. He kept me in the loop with the progress and explained each step as it was happening. Nick even took photos with a drone and sent them to me when the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof work!
