We had such an amazing time celebrating my son’s birthday there. Staff was great, wide variety of activities, and overall an extremely positive experience.

I had a bad experience with my “premium party package.” There’s nothing really premium about it. I don’t know why you spend all the money and the way things run are not explained in detail BEFORE you pay the deposit. For one you don’t get the room until an hour before your scheduled leave time. So in my instance we had booked 1pm-4pm, we didn’t get a room to put our stuff in till 3. They did have a shelf guest could put presents on in the main area, however my daughter presents and belongings got mixed with another group because of poor communication. My guests were being told different things about when the room would be ready. They also told me they would set everything up for me, this was also not the case. I had to go down and start grabbing our things off the shelf myself. And when they brought the beverages they had brought the wrong ones. This “service” was too overpriced and should have been stress free.
One of the employees also said they would discount my package and that wasn’t done either. Very unhappy with my experience
Leaving 2 stars because my daughter had fun and the pizza was really good. Service and communication were extremely poor. I would NOT book a birthday party through them.

We had our son’s 5th birthday party here today and WOW, I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff was wonderful!! They were all very attentive, helpful, warm and welcoming. The facility was clean and well maintained, and the pizza was delicious! I want to give a special shoutout to our party host Bella who went above and beyond for our large party of guests, she was truly a lifesaver and we were lucky to have her as our host. We will absolutely be back and recommend this facility to all of our family and friends, 10/10!!!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision to have Airborne Brighton host our grandson’s 5th birthday party! Every step of the process was absolutely seamless—from the initial planning stages with Courtney, to the thoughtful accommodations Craig in management provided to support our unique setup with hired performers, all the way to the day-of experience.
A special shoutout to Charlie, our party attendant, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and even stepped in to fix a decoration mishap, saving the day in the process!
What really stood out to us was how such a large operation manages to feel so warm and personal—like a small, family-run business. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home.
Most importantly, all of our guests had an amazing time. It was truly a memorable experience for everyone involved. We highly recommend Airborne Brighton—an exceptional place for a celebration!

We went for a birthday party. My son had an absolute blast with his friends. With multiple parties going on it feels overcrowded. There were kids from ages 3 to probably 17-19 all in the same areas.
There were workers walking around but only one who would point out safety problems.

Just a thought. If you had more seating and made it more comfortable for the adults bringing the kids, the longer they would stay. Tons of empty space and nowhere to sit.

Airborne is the best! We have had 2 birthday parties here and they take care of everything so that it’s actually enjoyable for parents to be there. We have a monthly pass and go to play pretty often. The staff is always kind and professional.

We bought an annual pass at Christmas. My boys 11 and 13 are loving it. They have gone about 6 times and I am so glad they have a place to exercise and have fun in the dark winter months. The staff is so helpful and kind and they are always sweeping and mopping.

We purchased 90-minutes of jump time but the kid's had so much fun, we decided to purchase another 120-minutes. I think we may buy an annual pass which will give the kids two hours a day (glow jump costs extra). It is great for them to get in here and run a little wild while making new friends. They get to exercise, burn off energy, all while having a blast. As a bonus for parents, they are worn out and ready to go to bed at bedtime - everytime without fail.

Finally, the employees are extremely helpful and kind - especially the General Manager, Jacob. Jacob introduces himself to parents and is extremely kind and friendly with the kiddos, too. My kids challenged him to arm wrestling and rock-paper-scissors, and, when they won, he let them pick out an ice cream free of charge.

I recommend everyone come and check out Airborne Adventure Park and decide for yourself. My family is going to keep coming back!

We recently hosted a wonderful birthday party at Airborne Adventure Park, and it couldn’t have gone better! We were able to invite and host our son’s Pre-K class, and every single kid had an absolute blast. They loved being able to play together as a big group and also break off into smaller groups to explore different activities.

Our party host, Jamie, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. Her support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place—or a better host—for our celebration. Highly recommend Airborne Adventure Park for anyone planning a fun and memorable party!

Evrytime we go here the slides are closed the place is overstaffed at the counter like 3-4 people not doing anything and understaffed in the park 1 employee usually. If most the park is closed then charge half price. This is the 5th time in last year I've been here and slides have never been open.

Great place to take the kids or grandkids on a cold day.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Pizzas was good and reasonably priced.

Restrooms could have been cleaner/mopped/sanitized.

Think about kids in mandatory trampoline socks walking into the restroom through small puddles of???

It's a difficult situation, but those same socks that just walked through the restroom puddles, are now climbing over all the fun equipment.

I don't have a solution, but I couldn't help noticing the flow of kids in and out of the restrooms. Especially since our table was near the restrooms.

My boys were really excited to go here only to have the “security” guards be extremely rude to them. They didn’t know they needed glow shirts, on top of already spending $35 for 2 hrs to jump. The security guards kicked these young kids out with a smirk and told them they would ban them. Bully behavior; we won’t ever be going back, after spending $140 for them to be bullied. Not thank you.

Not small kid friendly. We had a group of 11 including 3 that were under 4. We stayed in the ‘A’ area and first got told “there’s no sitting allowed” which is fine, so I stood up and held hands with my 2 year old so she wouldn’t continue to get trampled by the big kids (which continued happening and she was crying). I was then asked to leave for holding hands and gently bouncing with said 2 year old because “theres only one allowed per trampoline” so we ended up leaving an hour before our time was up. Huge waste of money.

We had a lot of fun! There are things for everyone. Trampolines, ninja warrior course, zip line, trapeze, swing, basketball/soccer/handball court, slides, dodgeball.

Workers were all friendly and doing a good job keeping kids safe.

There was an issue with the charges and the manager fixed the issue promptly. We will be back!
