There seems to be a consistent issue with your company trucks speeding up and down Dragon Lake Hill. I’ve personally witnessed one doing nearly 110 km/h after accelerating when another vehicle attempted to pass while it was originally traveling around 85 km/h.

If this is the standard your drivers are operating under, that’s a serious safety concern. As the owner, that responsibility falls on you.

I hope you’re aware of what’s happening, because if it continues, it will keep being documented and shared publicly. This needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt.

When my furnace broke down during the coldest period of the winter, Canadian Western Mechanical provided me with fantastic service and personal care. They went above and beyond my expectation to secure a new furnace and to install it as soon as possible, even putting me on their 'emergency list' to prioritize installation. Management and staff at Canadian Western Mechanical that dealt with my case were always very friendly and understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC related services.

One month ago Western Mechanical installed a new furnace and last night I saw water/condensate leaking from the bottom of the furnace. This morning I called Western Mechanical and the receptionist said she would put in an emergency service call to get someone to look at the furnace right away - within a half an hour a service technician showed up, fixed the problem no charge, and said to call again if there are any issues. Joel was reassuring, professional, took his shoes off at the door and his work was tidy with no mess left behind (SUPER respectful, really appreciated), always friendly service and treats you like family. Thank you so much, I couldn't be happier!

Such a great experience! Went downstairs to find my hot water tank leaking, called Canadian Western Mechanical and had a tech at my house within a couple of hours and back in the same day to install a new tank. Service was fast, friendly, professional and stress free. Thank you, Joel!

Recently I was contacted by Canadian western regarding what looks to be a false review. I am the only “Becky Thompson” in their system, so they called to follow up. I received a quote from Joel at the end of last year. I had a wonderful experience with them, quote was on time and the price was fair for a furnace new install. They were pleasant to deal with and I will be calling in the future for any other HVAC needs.

I did not write the bad review post, from my experience I have nothing but good things to say and appreciate them notifying me about the name discrepancy.
