We built a new house, they were used by our Contractor because he had credit with them. They botched just about everything. Fittings to the Hot water tank were installed improperly and leaking, they charged us $200 for a plastic laundry tub, did not install a drain for the laundry room, our faucets "spit" instead of flowing smoothly. They did not install the drain and pipes for the exposed vanity in the powder room properly. They installed the shower control backwards. You name it, they screwed it up. And they have a bad selection of fixtures which they over-charge for. Stay far away.
