Mahmoud was so professional and took his time when evaluating me and was very nice. Dr. Austin was excellent. He took his time evaluating my condition and he manipulated my back and shoulders and hips which helped me feel less stiff and tight. Silvana does her job so well. Shes busy and takes care of it all so professionally. All and all it was a great experience today.

I’d like to say the entire staff/team at Dr. Visco’s is amazing! Their compassion they’ve shown towards me really stands out. They made me feel like family and I’m so appreciative for everyone I’ve come in contact with thru them! I’d recommend anyone to them over and over! I highly recommend Visco Spine & Joint Center. The doctors (Feliciano, Falon and Akuamoah) are attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I feel secure in the care they are providing me. The Physical therapists are wonderful. They are friendly, caring, and always ready to explain the reason for any particular exercise. John has even provided me with simple things I can do at home to improve my condition and expedite my healing. The front desk staff is equally as great. Sylvania and Thara always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. I visit the Hoboken Center where I have been able to find parking consistently nearby.

I just had my first consultation with Dr. Alec Lipata in Hoboken. He listened to me intently and explained everything very clearly. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. It was a great session. The office was welcoming and efficient. I had a great experience overall.

I had a great experience at Visco Joint Spine Center. Dr. Visco was extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my back. He offered multiple approaches to help tackle the issue, which made me feel confident in my treatment plan.

Aside from the doctor himself, the front desk staff was amazing to work with. Renee and Silvana truly went out of their way to make sure I received the best care possible, even helping me navigate next steps for PT when needed.

I highly recommend Visco Joint Spine Center to anyone looking for thorough, compassionate, and patient-focused care.
