We were delighted with entire process and with the eventual outcome in our new bathroom. The planning was carefully done, and the various people who did the work were outstanding at their jobs. There are those few occasions in life when one feel's completely vulnerable. Having an electrical or plumbing emergency certainly qualifies. On Friday August 9, I received a call from my ninety-plus year old mother who lives alone, stating that her kitchen floor was covered in water. Soon after I contacted a friend who is a professional building appraiser for advice. Without hesitation he recommended that I contact, in his opinion, the best plumber on the North Shore. After speaking with the owners of Kodiak Heating and Plumbing, a scheduled visit was quickly arranged. Rudi the plumber arrived on the scene and diagnosed the problem in quick fashion. He was courteous, polite, clean and very knowledgeable; having the experience that many years in this profession brings. Everything was taken care of including removing, purchasing and installing just the right faucet.

In today's world it is indeed difficult for the consumer to find a trades person who takes pride in their work, and offers their services at a fair price. I cannot thank Rudi and Andrea enough for their efforts in addressing what could have been a real disaster. I without hesitation would recommend this company to anyone requiring quick and effective action in dealing with one of life's unpleasant plumbing experiences. Paul R.

Andrea, Rudi and Ian worked miracles! They turned a basement laundry room into a functional kitchen/laundry with plenty of storage space and everything in easy reach. They are a great team.

Kodiak Heating & Plumbing re-plumbed my basement and added a new master bathroom to the main floor.

Rudi and Andrea provided a wealth of knowledge and professional service, going out of their way to ensure the job was completed on time and on budget, while also sharing design ideas and coordinating trades for additional work.

Rarely have I seen a contractor as responsive, committed and prompt, and their timeliness and communication was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Kodiak Heating & Plumbing to anyone. Thank you for your excellent service.

I have had the great pleasure of receiving wonderful service from Andrea & Rudi of Kodiak Heating for almost 20 years. Rudi's knowledge about fixtures and systems, be it plumbing or gas fitting is superb. He has a high commitment to quality, doing things well and doing them once. Andrea is flexible and considerate when scheduling always willing accommodate the schedules of my tenants when need be. I recommend their skilled service without hesitation!!
