My two-year-old Mac computer was inoperable, corrupted for a reasons I don’t quite understand because I’m not computer literate. It was a mess, but Ashley figured it out, kept it for two days while fixing the problems, reconfiguring the drive, and whatever else magic was done. My computer is working perfectly now. I’m grateful to Ashley and for her expertise. I’ll add that the cost of the fix was surprisingly low. I recommend this business without reservation and give it a five star.

Called the owner as invited and discussed. Didn't change the experience of this visit but the prior one was altogether acceptable. The proprietor's contention that today's event represented an aberrancy was accepted.

They performed data recovery on my wife’s iPhone 13 mini after she jumped in the pool with it in her pocket. We thought it was a lost cause, but they managed to boot it and upload all her photos and data quicker than estimated. The phone was damaged beyond repair for normal use, but the data recovery was successful. I’d highly recommend their service.

I had a recent great experience at Computer DNA . Dropped my iPhone , crack! Jumped through all the hoops to make my appt at the Apple Store . Then showed up at the appt only to find they had no replacement screens in stock. My son recommended calling CDNA. They ordered the replacement screen , called as soon as they received it , repaired the phone within the hour. In the future , CDNA will be my go to place for iPhone repairs .

I cannot say enough about Computer DNA - they are amazing. Took my laptop in yesterday for an issue which was major for me - in no time problem was taken care of and I was on my way. ame in for an update on my very old computer and was given very clear expectations on what the cost would be and what the possibility would be that it would accomplish what I had hoped for. They did the update right away and had very clear communication on when it was finished. I would definitely recommend them.

The folks at computerDNA are great. The rep I worked with (Ashley McDow) was friendly and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the process of migrating my data from my old (sadly, dead) computer to my new one. The work was done quickly, and I thought the cost was quite reasonable.
