I truly thought this facility cared but they don’t. On my 4th appointment Dr.Gernat said there is nothing left to offer me other than shots that he said to me in my appointment he doesn’t think is going to work. He then proceeded with precautions regarding pain meds I didn’t even ask for pain meds I’m in tears im in so much pain between this and my arthritis I’m only 27 years old, he asked if I smoked apparently because I smoke cigarettes and have a medical marijuanna card for my arthritis to him I have a “addictive”
Personality in so young and I can’t work can’t take of my family can’t live my daily life of this I’m nothing but insulted and ashamed with the medical field and this practice

There aren’t enough words to describe the staff and Doctor Gernert I am unfortunately blessed with quite a few painful ailments some literally get to be debilitating at times and have been to many Drs from regular MD to rheumatologist to drs that told me either take fentanyl or (pot) gummies or they wouldn’t help me ok couldn’t get out of those places fast enough and let’s not forget giving me something that can potentially hurt one of my conditions over time and that was final straw I did some research and found this office I am truly Blessed and Grateful for them all they listened were so kind and let you ask questions without rushing you sounds crazy but actually looking forward to next appointment for injections lol only negative I can say is it’s down town Orlando 🫪 and yall I’m from a small town only traffic jams are during strawberry festival or if someone’s cows escaped I’m literally petrified to drive but it is definitely worth it to finally be treated like my health and I matter and not just another number ! Thank you again for your kindness and genuine people you have working in your Orlando office

I was struggling with pain for almost a year. After the pain progressing over time I looked around for a pain management doctor. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I really just want my life back and needed help. Prior this I had did lab after lab, doctor after doctor and a substantial amount of imaging. Scheduling my appointment with Dr. Gernert’s office was a seamless process. During my initial appointment, the doctor actually listened to me and said my problem is more than likely my back. He was confused as to why no one thought to order an MRI of my back. MRI was ordered and confirmed I have issues with my back. Today Dr. Gernert did a lumbar ESI. Process went better than I anticipated. This facility has given me hope that I am on the road to recovery and getting my life back. I would definitely recommend them!

I was desperate — my pain had become so intense that it was affecting every part of my life. I was no longer my bubbly, outgoing self and had grown quiet because of the constant pain. From the moment I called the office, I immediately felt cared for, welcomed, and — for the first time in a very long time — hopeful.
When I arrived, I was greeted with the same warmth and compassion. The entire staff completely blew me away with their kindness and professionalism. For the first time, I stopped feeling hopeless.

He pinpointed the exact area that had been causing me the most agony. I was floored by how accurately he treated the source of my pain, especially after carefully reviewing all my reports and scans.
Almost immediately, I felt relief. I couldn’t believe it. It truly felt like I had found an angel in the form of a doctor.

I have moved to FL from MI and after seeing 2 pain doctors in my area who did not help me at all and treated me with such disrespect, I decided to search outside my area, an hour and 30 minutes away, to this amazing facility. I was so nervous because I had been let down by 2 places already who did not believe that I was in pain. I had surgery in MI for a broken tibia and fibia with rod and screws placed. After almost 2 years I am still in pain. Made the drive here and instantly loved the way the inside looked. It felt cheery and warm just walking in the door. I couldn't believe how amazing the desk staff was. In my head I was like omg you're nice to me and you're actually taking the time to listen to what I'm saying. What a breath of fresh air. Meeting the doctor, I felt the same. Truly seems to care about each and every person he comes across. Which is so hard to find nowadays but I am so glad I went with my gut and decided to find somewhere far away. It was so worth it and he has helped me in so many ways. Each visit, each staff member, it is always a pleasant experience and I can see the doctor is pointing me in the right direction to finally getting the relief I need to live my life. Being a wife, a mother and working a full time job with this pain is the toughest thing I've ever had to do and I'm so glad I found this place to help me!
