Custom Plumbing saved my mother a couple of times. When she bought her home and the main water pipe needed replacement and they were the only company who could do it in a timely fashion as she had no water. If in Sarnia, don't wait, it's a big job.

Recently mom had a slight drip in the laundry room sink. The plumber came the next day and found a Crack in her pipe. All was taken care of quickly. We were told there's a minimum one hour charge so if anything else needed fixing that was the time to do it. Definitely recommend.

Welp, just had my first clogged drain. Nothing like a plumbing issue to make you realize how stressful home ownership can be. Lucky for me though, I was referred to Custom Plumbing - and the experience was fantastic! They had someone to my home within a couple hours and fixed in just over an hour as well. The gentleman who came to do the repairs made sure to explain things in a way my non-handy brain could make sense of and gave me some great tips to help prevent a similar issue in the future. Excellent Experience. Highly Recommend.

It was time to update the only bathroom in my 95-year-old home. As a retiree, modifying the bathroom to accommodate additional safety features was key.

The project included installing a tub, replacing the sewer stack, moving the location of pipes and drains, accommodating the timeline and delays of other trades and relocating the sink and toilet. I contacted Custom Plumbing to review the scope of the renovation and was assured that my requirements could be met.

Matt, Lee and Josh were wonderful to work with. I appreciated Matt sending his team to review the space and discuss my plan. This approach allowed them to formulate a plan and minimize duplication. The end result was cost effective for me and the reno was completed in a timely manner.

Communication was key to the success of my project. Lee and Josh were punctual, they completed the necessary changes for each phase, knowing what was next and were polite and considerate of my time and my home.

I truly appreciate the great work done by Custom Plumbing and Sarnia is fortunate to have a local business that focuses on customer satisfaction.
