The staff was very nice and could accommodate my expedited request. Upon pick up, the shirts were pressed and clean just as I expected them to be. Thank you

Amazing service! Was asked by a friend to pick up their order one day since they couldn’t; they have been using them for a while and advised me to use them. I started not even 6 months and thus far they haven’t disappointed. I never used any dry cleaning service ever before but here we are. I’m also referring others to do it. Affordable, professional and reliable.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with CD One Price Dry Cleaners that has completely eroded my trust in them.

I brought in a brand new $700 suit that I had never worn—for a standard dry clean and press. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed new stains that were definitely not there before, including what looks like a food-soiled fingerprint right near one of the buttons. These were clearly introduced during their handling or cleaning process.

I contacted the owner right away to report the damage and request a refund. Their response was to insist I bring the suit back by 1pm the same day for "inspection." This narrow, inflexible window didn't work with my work schedule at all. I explained this and offered to send clear photos of the new stains instead, again politely asking for a refund or resolution since the item was damaged under their care.

I received no response whatsoever after that. No follow-up, no apology. Given the new damage and their unwillingness to work with me on a reasonable inspection (photos should have sufficed in 2026 with digital everything), I have zero confidence they wouldn't mishandle or damage it further if I brought it back.

For a business that advertises professional stain removal and garment care, it's unacceptable to add stains to an unworn item and then provide such poor customer service when issues arise. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location to anyone who values their clothing or expects basic accountability.

Omg, only thing they did was put my items on hangers, put plastic on them and then texted me the next day to pick them up! LITERALLY!! I should've known better when I was told I had to pay up front!! Red flag!! Idk where the good reviews are coming from! This is my first and last time using them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Also, I tried to call to complain...if course they didnt answer the phone!

I want to give a major shout-out to CD One Press Cleaners on Hopkins Crossroad! I’ve been a loyal customer long before COVID, and I can confidently say that the new ownership has truly revitalized this family-owned business.

The service is consistently professional, and my items are always handled with care and returned on time. It’s clear that they value their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly dry cleaning service, I highly recommend CD One Press Cleaners!
