I felt a good presentation, but then, within 5 minutes, he asked me questions, checked my phone and charger, and then told me he wasn't taking new customers.
Why didn't he say that beforehand?
And I felt like I didn't look like the kind of customer he was looking for.
The service was alien; they live on their own planet. Disappointment and more. Absolutely not recommended.

I loved going to Alien Computer. I didn't know they were there; I found them on Google. I went for my laptop, and it was very quick and at a very low cost. It always depends on what your computer has, but I highly recommend them.

If you want to buy a computer that will be custom-built to meet your specific needs, and that also offers excellent service, then Alien Informatique is the right place. I highly recommend them.

Needed an unusual part 200mm fan. Part was price correctly. While I was there I also looked at SSDs as well as a laptop for my mom and those were also priced decently. Great service.

Not even able to change a Dell power supply they told me it was soldered hahahaha! I paid it myself $69 for unscrewing 2 screws and looking inside. That! That's what computer scientists say, they'll never see my face like that again. by the way there were 4 screws after the power supply with 3 plugs which went to my hard drive, motherboard and cd player to remove to change the power supply
