The customer service is horrible I went this morning to fuel my car and the employee and the manger had flat out been rude for their mistake I prepaid inside I told her if I was good she said yes and never gave me the receipt after trying to to fuel I realized I needed the receipt for the code I went in their they flat out called me a liar saying their was no transaction when I had a pending charge saying she gave me the receipt when that was a lie they could have just owed up to their mistake i was not the only one she did this too they were so unprofessional will not be back this is why I like loves truck stop they treat the customers with kindness and always quick to help solve the issue instead of calling the customers liars they could have gone differently about this and the outcome would have been different their was a young gentleman that was very helpful even though it was not his mistake he knows how to treat his customers your other two employees don’t.

Gawd I love being an Maverick adventure cars member for all the goodies you get plus the cheapest gas always! The bathrooms were clean and the staff truly friendly . Thank you 🙏🏼 truly appreciate you for taking me cars since 2018 in Colorado

I have traveled up the middle of California countless times but I usually make it to this Maverick gas station in Orland, CA. The folks working here (especially the young man who made my salad this evening) are happy and helpful, the bathroom is spotless and well appointed and even the artwork in the building is beautiful! Don’t be afraid to stop here!!!

The 2 guys (one skinny, one larger) in the hot food prep (back counter) could use some customer service training classes. The skinny one in particular is very condescending and unwilling to help. No friendliness at all or patience or understanding.
