I'm not going to pretend to be a poutine expert, but all the options we tried were great. We went with the four posted pictures, as well as the classic, you know, for comparison purposes. I was very pleasantly surprised with the lobster one. I feel like most places give you a sprinkle of lobster and then charge you your first born, here was well worth the price. Actual chunks of lobster inside. Delicious! Very happy with the kpop one as well, great flavor with a little spice, and always happy to have a couple chicken nugs in there. Oh yeah, the jalapeno poppers with the garlic sauce 👌🏼 Good service, the gentleman behind the counter was nice to chat with and very attentive. Will probably come back next time I'm in Toronto!

The best poutine I’ve ever had and they load it up!! They have so many different topping options too. I got the Korean Cauliflower and it was the perfect balance between the Gochujang sauce and cheese. The owners were super cool and gave us some great spots to check out while we were on vacation. 11/10 try it.

Enchanted Poutinerie...All I am asking myself is why I haven't visited sooner! This spot is EVERYTHIIING! Hands down best poutine I have had!

They are so creative with their menu items and there is definitely something for everyone to enjoy! Fusion poutines from Shawarma, to Jerk Chicken, to even Lobster, this place does it! Their poutine is so authentic in taste and everything is made with fresh ingredients which i can appreciate! Oh and that Unicorn Poutine is so beautiful and tasty too! The Shawarma and Classic Poutines...Straaaight fiiiire! And the chicken wings are made to perfection!

Carmine, you are so humble, awesome, welcoming, and such a pleasure to meet! I cannot wait to come back and try more menu items! Thank you so much again!

Great interior, great choice of poutine toppings and other food items like wings tenders, cauliflower bites and more.. Ordered the pulled pork poutine reg size ($13.97) and it’s one on of the best I’ve tried!flavour packed , fresh and great and carefully and perfectly crafted. Great
counter service. Will definitely be back to try more options like the lobster and mac n cheese!!

We loved their original poutine!!

perfectly crispy fries, rich gravy, and generous cheese curds that hit all the comfort-food notes.

But where Enchanted really stands out is with their more extravagant flavor combinations. They’re creative, bold, and surprisingly well-balanced, turning a classic into something memorable.

You must try the Coliseum!! Truly out of this world. It’s massive, indulgent, and an experience on its own. Every bite felt worth it… and yes, worth every dollar.

We are not regulars because we are trying to stay healthy, but we indulge ourselves here every other month!

I thought the classic poutine was pretty good. Reminds me of another poutine place I go to whenever I go snowboarding. Ordered online and it was made fresh and came out quickly! There's not much seating inside so it's mostly a grab and go kind of establishment. Service was not too bad but nothing memorable either.

Might check out the other flavoured ones next time.

The location was clean with really fun decor. We went at an off hour so it wasn't crowded and we got our food quickly. We had originally wanted to try the unicorn poutine but ultimately decided to try to the original poutine first for comparison with other poutines we'd tried that week. The sauce was perfect and the cheese curds were perfectly melted but the fries still hot and crispy- the kids thought it was the best poutine of the trip.

My experience at enchanted was amazing very friendly workers and extremely helpful. I got the chicken shawarma, mac and cheese, popcorn chicken. My shawarma was really good. My son loves the mac and cheese, my mother got the popcorn chicken and she said she didn't really like it, it was to dry it needed more gravy. So she said she would rate it 1.5/5

The Dubai chocolate funnel fries stole the show for my party, we all agreed it was by far the best dish. Nonetheless, it could use a little more chocolate sauce. As for the poutines, we found a lack of consistency, some poutines had too much gravy and a good helping of toppings, while other had less of both. The Mac and cheese was mid, but the popcorn chicken, jerk chicken, lobster Mac and cheese and the chicken shawarma were great as stand alones and even better in the poutines. The wings were also really well made. The service itself was alright, there were two instances where it could have been better but overall great place. Highly recommended.

Delicious poutines, big portions, and fast, friendly service! I tried the jerk chicken poutine, and while it was really tasty, I preferred the classic my mom ordered. The location is great with plenty of parking. It’s a small restaurant, so we took our food to go, but it was packaged well and tasted great at home. Will definitely be a regular here.

Very delicious poutines that are not overly salted. Great cut of fries. Surprisingly we were not thirsty after having a poutine each. Had the Dubai chocolate funnel fries and it’s such a unique creation that actually has lots of nutty pistachio flavour. Definitely would recommend this dessert if you’re into the Dubai chocolate craze

When compared to fast food restaurants poutines, this is clearly superior and compared to other franchise poutineries it's comparable, probably a bit better actually. The fries are fresh fried (unlike the other poutine franchise).The amount of gravy was good for me, but my friend complained his was too light. That can be a deal breaker for me, but mine was ok. The only thing is they are a bit light on the cheese curds here and generally speaking poutine is expensive, so without a daily special I probably can't afford to go here regularly :(

Absolutely love this place. The gravy is on point! My fav has to be the lobster poutine 🤤 can’t get enough!! So happy they are finally back open up so I can get my craving scratched proper. No where else can compare ❤️

Used to go to the old location on Wilson, still love this place! They have really improved their menu options, The Dubai chocolate sticks were yummy! There was a misunderstanding with our order but they offered us a complimentary dessert for the misunderstanding! Excellent service!

Underwhelming poutine. I had the Mac & cheese (extra Mac) and we also bought the pulled pork poutine. The pulled pork looked like it was premade out of a package and tasted like it. The macaroni was ok but the extra portion was still not enough.

The temperature of the poutine was luke warm, definitely not hot enough. The cheese curds didn’t even have a chance to melt.

Previous reviews show an interesting interior but that must be from the previous location. The location at this address just has a bench window you can sit at if you want to dine in.

We asked where the garbage can was and they directed us to the garbage can located outside the restaurant (very strange).

One last thing. With no drink and just the small size of the poutines came to $39. Crazy, way too expensive for this disappointing experience.

I have been wanting to check out this poutine place for months ever since I first discovered it and finally was able to gather up the kids and go check it out. It opens at 5pm during the week and we got there at 4:15 and I guess they felt sorry for us waiting out in the rain as they opened up early for us.
Wow - what a crazy, kooky interior - we loved it - it was quite the fairy tale acid trip!. They had the animated Disney version of Alice In Wonderland playing on the TV but had top 40 music playing in the background which was a shame - I'm sure that they could've found something far more psychedelic and cool to play.
We ordered 2 of the large Classic Poutines ($16.99 each) and 1 lb of Buffalo Chicken Wings ($18.99) - one of the kids ordered the Large Pulled Pork Poutine as well ($22.79) - and I had a coke ($2.25). I was a little surprised at the prices as I consider that to be pretty expensive for 3 poutines and some wings - but then when they came out - WOW!!!! I was shocked at just how huge the portions were!!! There was no way that we were going to finish these gargantuan poutines - even the wings came on a huge portion of French fries!!!
We hardly made a dent in it! We took it home and had it for a late night snack and dinner for the next night as well.
Definitely check them out if you get the chance - its gotta be some of the best, tastiest poutine in the city. There are so many other options on the menu - we will definitely be back to try some different flavours - and we will have to try the rainbow gravy poutine as well - they were out of it when we went there this time.
