Nothing changed since the last review. It is never possible to talk to a person , it is impossible to get them to call back ( it takes days to get a return call if any ) , impossible to relay on arranged appointments...

I called Candor plumbing with request to change 2 shut off valves in my condo and the owner give me price over the phone of $75 plus tax witch equivalents 1 hour labor. I agreed and on the scheduled date i took day of work and waited for them but they never showed up to do the job . I called their office and the owner told me he FORGOT to call me back and cancel my appointment . Well I lost one day of work !!!!!!!!
Ok hi give me date for following week and they show up and did the job in 20 min and now I received invoice for $186.24 , they charge me for 1.5 hours labor or $112.50 instead as i have been told $75 and they charge me 52.31 for 2 parts that cost $5 each .I refuse to pay this double pricing and called to complain but the owner is very rude and threaten me that he will send me to collection agency . STAY AWAY from this crooks
