I recently sold my business in December 2022 and was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Vishnu Deonandan. The cost for his “help” was unjustified since all he did was send emails between the buyers and our lawyers. The buyer came from our listing on bizbuysell. He never showed up at the location to walk the buyers through anything my wife and I did that. He provided very little background on the business and couldn’t speak to the business confidently as he asked me to speak with buyers personally to explain.
All the supporting documents were sent by me to the buyers. Vishnu nor a representative of Transworld Business Advisors showed up to closing. As a small business owner and a military service member who was relocating I thought having Vishnu as my representative would provide peace of mind so I could focus on family issues, yet my lawyer and I took care of everything. Transworld has lost a customer and I will not be recommending them in the future.
