I ordered from Scotty Bons in Brampton through Uber Eats, and this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had.

My food arrived cold, and the sandwich was completely soggy. The chicken in the sandwich lacked flavor and did not taste fresh. There was an excessive amount of gravy poured over the meal, including the rice, which left it overly soggy and unappetizing.

I also paid extra for plantain, but it was missing from my order. It’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it.

The biggest disappointment was the oxtail. The meat was extremely tough and difficult to chew, and the overall taste was not enjoyable. For a meal that cost over $20, the quality was far below what I expected. In my opinion, the food was not worth the price and felt more like a $10 meal.

Overall, I am very disappointed with this order and would not recommend this location based on my experience. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Scotty Bons in Brampton again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good was excellent with great flavour. I got the curry chicken roti and was impressed with the amount of chicken they put in it. Also got a beef patty which was excellent.

Great service from the senior lady. She always greets customers warmly and speaks very politely. The food is consistently good, and her excellent customer service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I have been visiting this place for a couple of years now, and every experience has been pleasant. Highly recommended!

My son suggested this place and I am happy that I agreed to visit and dine in with him. It is a very pleasant place in a beautiful plaza not far from Steele’s Avenue. The food is tasty, healthy and light. Size of the plate is big for a very good price. I recommend this place for people interested in trying a good Afro-Caribbean food.

Good value, a lot of meat for the price you pay thankfully and it tasted pretty good, not the best goat curry I’ve had but for a quick stop it satisfied the goat curry craving.

Maybe it was the way Eden made my bowl, but this was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life.

It’s not possible to choose between the two rices. Both are very nice and even nicer when they mix.

Gravy on the rice is very necessary. Scotty pickles and mango chutney also very necessary.
But the other side options also look really good I’ll definitely try tomorrow.

The jerk chicken covered with that creamy lime sauce all over it and some of the hot sauce was the best taste I’ve ever tasted.
Freshness and texture was all very good but the flavour was crazy.

The jerk flavouring is way milder than og Jamaican places but this is the first place that finally made me forget about bakers jerk. I wish I could eat here every day until i die.

I order doordash from here regularly normally I stick to the bbq chicken/jerk rice bowl or poutine but today I decided to try the veggie curry and I'm so glad I did. The chickpeas and potatoes were flavourful and the potatoes were soft and delicious. Would definitely order this again.

I order regularly from this location on West drive and have never encountered any concerns to date. A few weeks ago I catered food from here for over 100 people and, I as well as my guests were very happy. Everyone went for seconds and thirds and asked to take food home. Everything tasted amazing as always.
From start to finish, the staff were incredibly easy to work with—very professional, friendly, and responsive. They answered all my questions, promptly and made the entire process stress-free. They let me know exactly how many trays of each item I will be getting so that my food display could be setup well in advance. During my event they also called to ensure everything was okay and also ask if I needed anything more.

What really stood out was their punctuality—they were right on time with delivery. I really appreciated this given it was a surprise birthday party and we were on a tight schedule. The food came packaged with care: the trays were neatly organized, and all the sauce bottles/trays were clearly labeled to allow for me to easily put them in place. You can tell they put a lot of thought and attention into packing the food so that there was no spill, especially with the chick pea curry and salads.

I highly recommend them if you're looking for delicious food and reliable service.

I had order through Uber Eats, but I have visited this location when it first opened, the place was clean, vibrant and spacious.

When I had ordered recently through Uber Eats, I had order the two sandwiches both jerk chicken w/ coleslaw, pineapple & corn mix, mango chutney, cheese and tropical hot sauce. The sandwich tasted so amazing, fresh ingredients, creative mix of ingredients that went so well together and the flavours were mind-blowing! Just one of the sandwiches were filling and the coco bread was soft and scrumptious!!

Scotty Bons is our go-to spot for amazing jerk chicken! We always get the Value Meal for 2, which comes with two jerk chicken sandwiches, a pound of jerk wings, and two drinks — great value for the price.

The jerk chicken sandwiches are packed with flavor and fully customizable — we added cheese, coleslaw, pineapple, tomato, onion, corn with tamarind sauce, and their spicy hot sauce. The sandwich is grilled, which adds a nice touch, though we wouldn’t mind if it was grilled a bit longer so everything blends better (the coleslaw is cold while the chicken is warm-ish). The chicken could also use a bit more of that bold jerk seasoning.

That said, the jerk wings are absolutely fantastic — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. They alone make the meal worth it!

We always come back for this combo — highly recommend for anyone craving jerk with a twist!

Coming back from a show Saturday night, my wife and I were looking for some authentic caribbean flavor. We were not disappointed, to say the least. Service was excellent. The older woman of the two working on Thursday night so so helpful and pleasant. I got the jerk chicken poutine and really enjoyed that they cut and added the chicken infront of me. Great portion of chicken. However, I feel that I could have received more fries and cheese given the price point. The beef Pattie’s I’ve heard are a hit or miss, the one from today was definitely a miss. Not a lot of filling and the crust was a bit too dry for my liking. Likely will not return.
