Company is mainly Primary care and preventative maintenance. Mostly adults, but also children can be seen for episodic treatment. Management of acute and chronic illness. Provide referral specialist when needed. Screening exams, ekg, ulrasounds based on chronic illness. House calls are available but that's an additional fee. Membership: Sign a 1 year contract that goes over whats included and what isn't. $57/ month per person or $87 per couple. Gives you access through text, phone, teleconference (if needed) to discuss whats going on. Can have patient in clinic within 24 hour if needed. Additional testing will be provided in office at a reduced rate. Ease of referral to specialists if needed. Unlimited Office visits included.
