I had my Tacoma detailed by Tomahawk. The work performed on the exterior of the truck was good. The agreed compensation however was increased significantly at time of payment. The reasoning behind the pricing was explained much differently after service then before the service. The narrative seems to have shifted to a misleading and quite disingenuous context. In addition, I had significant work done on the automotive side of the house. The work performed seemed good at the time. Although some aspects of the work had fallen short of perfect the team was eager to make the corrections in a timely manner and the pricing on the performed work was ok. However, additional issues arose later, team was unresponsive and failed to address the issues failing short of an acceptable after sales service. Buyer beware.

The work performed was exceptional. Although some aspects of the work had fallen short of perfect the team was eager to make the corrections in a timely manner and the pricing on the performed work was very reasonable.

These guys fixed my remote twice when the dealership couldn't. 4 years it didn't start because of the dealership installing it incorrectly.
Then I came back to get a full details. No other place would take apart my passenger door to clean the speakers, but they did.
Now I am getting a dash cam installed...first place I thought of. Best choice I made, very informative and doesn't make you wait forever.

Oh man, I don’t think there are even the right words to express how incredible my experience was from start to finish. Sylvia is gold, purest gold (fight me if you disagree). Communication 1000/10, service 1000/10, and the detailing?!?! Get out of here!!! They are the best. I honestly don’t think you’ll find better. Amazing. Just amazing. Amazing place to go, I had a few minor scratches. Sylvia and Rhea did an amazing job and made it look like the scratches were never there. They were quick and the whole process including getting the quote was easy and was affordable. This place has amazing staff who are kind towards their customers. They also have staff who are passionate about their cars and work.

What an amazing place! Sylvia was incredible!! The door of my new 4 Runner was scratched pretty bad by a dog and she made it look brand new. I can’t believe how great it looks. Flawless. The customer service was fantastic and they took good care of me and my vehicle. A pretty crappy day turned around after I saw Sylvia. Kudos to you, Sylvia! I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Awesome place to do business. Went there with a problem that we had with our alarm system that came with the vehicle, that they didn’t install, but one of the few people in this town that deals with Viper, very helpful and took the time to fix it right then (because he had a little bit of time between customers), will definitely be going back for other issues that arise with older vehicles and wiring issues. Thank you!!!

Got a remote starter done on our MDX last year. It stopped working after a couple of months. They got the vehicle in, fixed it with no problem or whatsoever. front end lady is very friendly. highly recommend these guys.

Had my car powerpolished and ceramic coated there. WHAT AN AMAZING AWESOME JOB they did !!!! I would definitely recommend these super knowledgeable people for custom work onany vehicle. Theyworked on my 2018 Toyota Corolla SE sedan, also had it debadged. These folks here are absolutely the cream of thecrop.

It all started when I decided that I wanted to put together a vision I've had in mind but needed the assistance of someone who's put years into the craft. I went to a Driven show at Kingsway mall and chatted with Sylvia and Mark. After admiring all the work they brought to that show I knew Tomahawk was the best and only option for me. After a long off-season the build began and ultimately is never really over as things are always wanting to be upgraded by fault of mine lol. I've never felt so much respect, trust and attention to detail as I have with Tomahawk. Literally started from the bottom and made it to the top, Achieving feats never reached before such as winning the honorable title of Best overall in Canada's largest custom vehicle tour not once but 3 times!!! I'll forever be sending more work their way and will always be apart of the Tomahawk family...... The Grinch
